Sapphire is a cozy neighborhood bar with a spacious patio area, offering a good vibe, drinks, and customer service. The restaurant recently hosted a Maison Ferrand cognac seminar and tasting, which was a unique and memorable experience. The staff, including Melissa, Marc, Shiv, and guest bartender Vannaluck, went above and beyond to make the event interactive and informative. Guests were treated to a welcome French 75 cocktail, a mini charcuterie selection, and a tasting of three different cognacs, accompanied by tapas that utilized cognac in various ways.
