Don't eat here. I am visiting from out of town. I asked for Spaghetti. I requested a fresh batch because I could see the noodles were dried up on the ends and old. I was told no. They didn't ask if I wanted something else. No accommodation. There are too many food places for them to be so flippant towards customers.

Servers were friendly to me. Atmosphere rating is low because it’s a mall food court. Not Sbarro’s fault for that.

Oh my goodness Im here at Providence Place Mall and the worker at Sbarro's used the scraper to scratch his arm then proceed to work using the same scraper to clean flour off his cutting board. Unbelievable. Where do you find these people
