A drop over priced for what you get & salty flavor for my taste. But still manages to be satisfying. This location benefits from its proximity to Brown University’s zeal & is surrounded by other interesting shops & restaurants.

Somtheing just felt off today. I'm a burger guy but this joint just couldn't deliver a good product, even the fries felt stale.I felt guilty throwing away half my well earned burger. Staff were friendly. the joint wasn.t clean though.I'll be back with higher hopes next time.

Fast friendly service whether in person or delivered, fresh ingredients, tasty burgers. Have eaten here repeatedly.
Never had an issue here. The staff is pretty efficient.

Food is good but good lord, you make one thing, why does it take 30+ minutes to make a burger????
Dried burnt inedible burgers it ruined my craving for burger. Patties are full of cartilages 🤮
Tasty burgers and shakes but very difficult to find parking to run in and pick up your order. Always bring someone with you to run in.
If it weren't for the location/parking logistics I'd have made it a 5.
Ordered the shack burger and got avocado put on it without asking. Found two hairs in my burger, fountain drink was VERY flat, lid was broken. Overall bad.
I hate this place she kicked me out (racist) for no reason and did not say why even though I ask the staff is mean and when I tried to come back a couple days later she flicked me off and I’m 12 the prices are horrible could give zero stars if I could
