Shake Shack Thayer Street

Called 6 times. Went to VM each time. I tried- I wanted to order!

Fast friendly service whether in person or delivered, fresh ingredients, tasty burgers. Have eaten here repeatedly.

Never had an issue here. The staff is pretty efficient.

Food is good but good lord, you make one thing, why does it take 30+ minutes to make a burger????

Dried burnt inedible burgers it ruined my craving for burger. Patties are full of cartilages 🤮

Tasty burgers and shakes but very difficult to find parking to run in and pick up your order. Always bring someone with you to run in.

If it weren't for the location/parking logistics I'd have made it a 5.

Ordered the shack burger and got avocado put on it without asking. Found two hairs in my burger, fountain drink was VERY flat, lid was broken. Overall bad.

I hate this place she kicked me out (racist) for no reason and did not say why even though I ask the staff is mean and when I tried to come back a couple days later she flicked me off and I’m 12 the prices are horrible could give zero stars if I could

I deliver a lot of food from this place and I have to tell you that you probably should not order food from here. The only way you're actually going to have any fun eating here is if you show up to eat here. It's a 50-50 shot with the delivery because they get food to the wrong people all the time. It doesn't matter if you get your food or not either to them because if they give the food to the wrong people they're just not going to make it again and they're not going to tell you about it.

Best shakes ever

my brother ubered some a while ago and enjoyed it so i decided to buy some for myself, i was unlucky and got a bad truffle burger like two days ago and got sick, food was tasted alright but the morning after my stomach wasnt lol, 3 stars, ill probably come back another time for another chance but not soon

Better than average Shake Shack

Placed a door dash order here tonight. Ordered the simplest 2 cheeseburgers, and an order of the chicken nuggets. Firstly, only received 1 of the 2 burgers. Secondly, my chicken was overcooked. Totally disappointed. How difficult is it to count the number of items on the receipt and be sure it matches what is in the bad before sealing it? Door dash is in no way responsible because they cannot check the order since the bag is sealed. Worst part is I tried to call and there is only 1 option in the menu “press 2 to speak to a manager”, which I did. Of course no one answers. Terrible customer service and extremely poor staff to make this mistake in the first place. Won’t ever order from here again or recommend to anyone. Many other options in the area for quality food where they don’t mess up the simplest order.

Got a burger and asked for shake they closed it 10 mins after I asked to have one. They said they “don’t make them anymore”.
Burger is ok but had tummy issues all night all night. The juice with pomegranate be careful!!❌ it’s very sugary and filling if you have sensitive stomach issues don’t get the juice!!. It’s terrible I was in pain all night with bloating, chills, cramps. Not good. Their mushroom patties the toppings are good but the burger is terrible.

Fresh hot food as always. Great service with a smile.
