First time here and I ordered the mushroom burger. What a pleasant surprise to see cheese was inside- super delicious!! Also happy that I could order fries without any salt!!Totally forgot to take pictures but will definitely be eating there again!!

Never had a bad experience here. The food is always what we expect and we never wait too long.

the veggie burger is good. its basically like a patty of thanksgiving stuffing, but with fried onions and whatever that sauce is on top. really yummy combo of flavors. the shakes are good too. unfortunately the tables were pretty dirty and we had to clean ours with some sanitary wipes that were by the trash. the girl who brought our order over saw me wiping the table and apologized for it which was nice of her to acknowledge. also, blegh, the prices are just crazyyyyy. even though the food’s good, the prices are not justified. get over yourself shake shack, you’re just another silly little corporate burger place :p

Terrible service. It took a half hour to get an $18 burger, fries and coke in a practically empty restaurant. Rude staff and mediocre food at that price

The main issue I have is that it's too expensive. It's over $7 for a relatively small (non-dairy) chocolate shake, $9 or so for a burger, and $4-5 for fries. That's $20 before tax on a fast food-quality meal.

The general quality of the food was good but the Burger was poorly constructed, half of the bacon and salad were not on the Burger and it looked like it wasn't made with much motivation. It still tasted good but it would certainly taste better if it would look as good as it tastes.

It was our first time here. This is a really relaxed spot for a low key date or casual meal. My child loved choosing his meal on the ordering kiosk. The staff was very polite and professional. Coming here again for sure.

Chicken bites weren't cooked properly, had uncooked batter in them and uncooked chicken! I could've been sick! Not to mention when I brought it to the staff they were so rude! Giving me attitude, side eyes, snapping at me, I've never seen such a horrible restaurant!Oh! And the burger was dry, tasted like it had sat out ALL day and I swear I saw mold. Just threw it away and left cuz the staff were no help. Waste of over $20 for garbage, don't eat here ever, go to McDonald's instead, trust me you'll somehow get better quality there than here

Workers seem very upset here. I asked the employee how to get into the restroom and he didnt even look at me while he gave the answer. My order didn't take too long (~15min) and the food tasted good. I was disappointed with how unclean the facility was. Napkins were empty at the dispenser and the trash was overflowing. The front order lady was very nice and helpful though.
