Iâve ordered a few times and the food isnât bad, pizza sometimes cold maybe because itâs a small business and they might not always have drivers. But Iâm 4 months pregnant and crave pizza badly, I just called to place an order and the reviews about some âold ladyâ were right. As soon as she picks up the phone she sounds like she doesnât want to be at work. I tell her I checked online for the menu because there is a photo of the menu but itâs hard to read. As soon as she picks up I give the address, she sounds aggravated and tells me âwhat? I canât even hear youâ so I repeat it and begin to tell her about the menu. She cuts me off and says âwe donât have oneâ I immediately hang up. I donât even want my food anymore from people that talk to me like that it makes me feel like theyâll do something to my order. Just rude and I never write reviews but Iâm pregnant and that completely turned me off. Definitely wonât be ordering from here for a long time. Work on your CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.

Customer service sucks I was there for 7 mins and no acknowledgment no hi Iâll be right there with you the Two older ladyâs looked at me Iâm Smiling waiting for something they just kept Doing what they was doing as I walk out I see them come out they did not even do that the whole 7 mins I was there !! Not to mention the last time my husband went in he said that the ladies were rude and that it took him to say something when it should be the other way around them greeting their customers!

The same Pizza I used to get when I was a kid, many years ago. Nothing much has changed, so to the naked eye the atmosphere is lacking, but to a Silver Lake native, Silver Lake Pizza is truly a historical landmark. Nostalgic
