I grabbed a chimi with pollo and it has always come out so delicious and perfect it’s so hard to describe it but today….one side of the bread was soggy and the other side hard. I get it not all the time ima get a perfect sandwich but what made it worse was the chicken was cold!!! And they just made it. I hope they don’t slack on the quality anymore because I love coming here for good eats.

Terrible service. I stood there for over 15 minutes while the woman taking orders stayed on the phone the entire time; no “excuse me,” no explanation, no acknowledgment whatsoever. Then I noticed a sign claiming “customer satisfaction guaranteed,” which couldn’t have been further from the truth. This was going to be my first time trying this place, but after being ignored for so long, I walked out. Really disappointing.

I asked for a cheeseburger and instead got a burnt burger. The chicken and burger are of the cheapest quality. Paid $25 for a cheap flat ahh burger, soggy fries cuz they left them in the box, and a nasty ahh taste in my mouth from eating this charred burger. Big L

Food is always great but the customer service is non existent... my uber order was stolen and I called to figure out what was going on and I got hung up on twice. I decided to do pickup instead and they didn't say one word to me! Literally pointed to my food and when I told her what happened she tried handing me more food instead of saying sorry.

Ordered a large steak and cheese with fries. I could count on my two hands how many fries I got and steak and cheese had more onions,peppers and bread then steak. Food taste good but you gotta step it up.

I recently ordered a chimi from here, and it was honestly the most disappointing one I’ve ever had. The chicken was oddly sweet, which completely threw off the flavor. I specifically told them no ketchup, but of course, they still managed to put it in my order. On top of that, the service was horrible everyone working there was too busy joking around and flirting with each other, leaving the customers hanging. I do not recommend this place, and I will not be going back. Just a terrible experience all around.

I was craving a Cuban sandwich so I decided to give them a try..and I was HIGHLY disappointed. First of all the lady who took my order over the phone sounded grumpy and super rude. I ordered a SMALL Cuban sandwich for pick up and I paid 10 dollars. 10 dollars for not even what is considered a half of an ACTUAL Cuban sandwich. And then the mustard.....when I opened the container I was confused, there was sooo much mustard dripping from the sandwich I thought it was egg yolk 🤦🏻♀️ I wish I would have taken a picture. NEVER AGAIN. I should have just went to my usual spot where you get a LARGE actual Cuban sandwich for like 13$.
Maybe I'm just used to what Laying American Food means in South Providence??
It's such a super cute place but let's be honest and replace Cuisine with Fast Food a-k-a sandwiches & fries ~ if fried foods are what you're looking for...they have it with a smile.
If you're in the mood for Arroz & Beans or Mondongo... keep driving.

Placed an order online for a chicken sandwich combo that comes with a soda and fries also added a second soda, large mayo ketchup and two empanadas one beef and one chicken. Didn’t receive my second soda or the large mayo ketchup. And my empanadas were both Ham and cheese. I don’t eat pork. SMH this is the second time I place an online order and my order is completely wrong. Used to be one of my favorite places but idk what’s going on with them lately. Won’t be ordering again.

i went here earlier today & had the worst meal ive ever paid for !! i ordered a cuban sandwich which was honestly just terrible had a big glob of mustard i also order chicken & cheese empanadas & the chicken was just sour just like the pernil in the cuban sandwhich which was also dry i had also ordered a wing combo they forgot my fries & the chicken just tasted rubbery . 0/10 recommend to anybody.

I always eat there at Sophia and normally the experience is very good but on Saturday the 28th it was definitely not the case, the way in which they served us and sent us quickly just because they had a lot of orders at that time, was definitely not the most appropriate and But when you are a regular customer, you can understand that the orders are going to take a while, but they tell you right away that they won't, and also in that ugly way and you explaining that it was for a child, the food is not good at all, anymore. I know that if that is the deal Sophias cannot be the first option and it is a shame because it had always been very pleasant to go there.
