I called to complain about my order they messed up. I explained and they couldn't even speak proper English witch is crazy as hell to me...then the guy hangs up the phone lol what a clown. This is the second time this happened. And mind you i like yall food. But this right here is not making me order from you guys again..

Food was made to order. Fresh and delish. Wide variety of Dominican Street staples. If you want to dine in there is a small counter top with barstools. So I think it's mainly take out. I recommend calling ahead since it's made to order.

Definitely don’t deliver from Sophias café I paid 10$ for three skinny pieces of tenders, the tenders where cold, didn’t come with fries or a drink, the photo they show on DoorDash clearly has fries, I called and a young lady at the restaurant and she laughed when I asking if that was reasonable. I’ll definitely take my dollar some where more reasonable.
I grabbed a chimi with pollo and it has always come out so delicious and perfect it’s so hard to describe it but today….one side of the bread was soggy and the other side hard. I get it not all the time ima get a perfect sandwich but what made it worse was the chicken was cold!!! And they just made it. I hope they don’t slack on the quality anymore because I love coming here for good eats.

Terrible service. I stood there for over 15 minutes while the woman taking orders stayed on the phone the entire time; no “excuse me,” no explanation, no acknowledgment whatsoever. Then I noticed a sign claiming “customer satisfaction guaranteed,” which couldn’t have been further from the truth. This was going to be my first time trying this place, but after being ignored for so long, I walked out. Really disappointing.

I asked for a cheeseburger and instead got a burnt burger. The chicken and burger are of the cheapest quality. Paid $25 for a cheap flat ahh burger, soggy fries cuz they left them in the box, and a nasty ahh taste in my mouth from eating this charred burger. Big L

I decided to do pickup instead and they didn't say one word to me! Literally pointed to my food and when I told her what happened she tried handing me more food instead of saying sorry.

Ordered a large steak and cheese with fries. I could count on my two hands how many fries I got and steak and cheese had more onions,peppers and bread then steak. Food taste good but you gotta step it up.
