I visited this location several times during my stay at Providence Biltmore. Staff was friendly and my drink was always made to order quickly. The only reason I wouldn't give the place 5 stars is because they don't seem to stick to posted hours. The doors were locked at 8:15pm this past Friday night, when they were supposed to be open until 9pm. I was highly disappointed that they were closed early with no sign or explanation.
