The woman with a lineup was VERY rude. She stared at me while I was standing at the “mobile order pickups” sign and she ignored me until I went to the front counter. It was ready the whole time… NO good customer service at all. She walked by me to stack trays

Standard Starbucks experience. Not a big space, so it’s optimal for take outs. Parking can be difficult to find, but looks like it caters to the office workers nearby so parking should not be an issue for most of the regular patrons.

Staff used to be the best, remembered regulars and was always pleasant in their interactions. New staff over the last 9 months or so are all horrendous. They disrespect customers, are incredibly rude, and frequently mess up coffee orders.

I was around 5 pm when I came to Starbucks the snack and bakery shelves were empty but as usual coffee and frappoccino were delecious

It's clear after the attempt to unionize and the way people working at this particular location respond to customers, the staff despise working here. I come in, and everyone appears to simply clock time, and they don't care about the customers. There's dozens of drinks ordered online or by app, so the only interactions staff are having with end consumers are when people breeze in and grab a coffee sitting on a counter... they never even look at the baristas who just made those drinks. Either bring in new management and create a better environment, or make space for an independent coffee shop like a Dave's or New Harvest to come in to meet local demand.Even allowing the employees to unionize at this shop isn't going to fix the bad atmosphere here. Significant training needs to be done.
