Imagine driving and parking here, getting an $8 latte just to find you don’t have wifi and I can’t bang out a couple emails. Don’t forget you are a cafe with tables
Do not go here, they stand while the line packs up. I stood for 30 minutes with only few people in line. Worst service I’ve had with a Starbucks

I went up to order being the only customer and the two girls waited for it to be 8pm to tell me they are closed. Even after I explained I had been standing there for a while and only wanted one drink, they both acknowledged me and decided to wait for it to be closing time to tell me they couldn’t take me because they’re closed. I had been in line for over 10 minutes. Please do better with your staff.
I had just finished shopping for the day & had a massive bag with a new coat inside. As I waited in line awkwardly trying to avoid hitting anything with my bag, I back into the reusable cup display knocking over 3 cups. I immediately picked them up and said sorry to an employee. One cup ended up being broken from falling off the shelf. It’s my turn to order now & the young man behind the counter awkwardly made me pay for the cup while smiling as if it was funny.
I had mentioned it was a mistake & they still threw the book at me. Never in my LIFE have I had such an odd encounter where a store made me pay for a damaged item. Not to mention shouldn’t reusable cups survive more than one fall off of a table? Or how about the terrible way of displaying the cups in a public space?
Either way, I was appalled even if this is a licensed Starbucks, they should’ve had the courtesy to simply write off the damaged merchandise as a business loss. Although it was only $20 it shows how terrible management is at this location. Any other Starbucks would never do that.

Service was super slow, and staff did not seem to care about acknowledging it (when there was a long line of customers) also sitting down at the tables behind, I saw 2 small mice 🐁 crawl across under their food storage. Place is definitely not cleaned. Will not be coming back.

I show up at 7:20 to order a frozen drink at 7:15 , she tells me, oh I'm sorry we stopped making them for the night. So I say may I ask why? Reply: getting ready to close..so I say you close in 50 mins, it will take that long to clean a blender?? Absolutely laziness is going strong at Liberal Starbucks! Bad help will hurt you! Whatever happened to customer service?! No more Starbucks for me!
The 2 “baristas” working at this location are idiots. I placed an order through the app, as I’ve done numerous times at different locations all around the US without issue. This time, I arrived to the location after my order was flagged as ready on the app, i didn’t see my order on the mobile pickup area, did see others though, so I waited. After ~15min I told one of the baristas I was waiting for my order, she slammed the drink out of nowhere, turns out the drink was ready, just not on the counter, she was hiding it behind the counter for an unknown stupid reason. And the way she tossed it to me as implying, you’re an idiot for not picking it up on, completely rude, uncalled for, 16yr old baristas shouldn’t be allowed to work at Starbucks.

One of the worst ice coffees I've ever had, and the beverage fridge for the milks and juices must not be working. Because there milks were very warm, mentioned it to them and didn't even care. Watch out if your grabbing one for your toddler

Ordered food before my shift here at the mall on a sunday morning 45 minutes before my shift started. I ordered it as I was walking in the mall so I would have plenty of time. I waited for 40 minutes for my order and it never got ready. I even asked the baristas several times if they had an order in my name and they said they were working on it. I ended up leaving because I was gonna be late for work I don’t even care about not getting a refund
Promise you I hate this Starbucks every time I come here it’s always a problem! And the little girl that was making my drinks with that stank face that’s always ends up making my order wrong no matter if I suggest what they did wrong. It’s a problem. The amount of money that you spend on their drinks, it should be right. Worst customer service and drinks in all of Rhode Island.

I go here often and rarely have any issues, although it’s much pricier than other Starbucks for the same exact beverage. The Starbucks at university heights is $6.97 and this store is $7.76 for the exact same drink with oat milk. 3 Other Starbucks I’ve checked in the area the price is at $7.17 . I also find the tables frequently dirty, my guess is the staff is so busy making drinks and so many people use the tables that they overlook cleaning them. I’ve asked them to clean my table several times and they always come do it but they could do a much better job. Also the rug under the table and glass window and ledges are often dirty. I would suggest investing in one of those little carpet sweepers. It might be time to invest in some new tables and chairs as well. I think those have been there since the place opened some 24 years ago. Get some more cushioned seats and maybe 1 or 2 tables that seat more than 2 people. People are constantly grabbing chairs from other tables because they are with more than two people. You could also put one or two cushioned seats with a little end table. Time to upgrade especially with those higher prices.
They have a nice seating view and acalm setting to work on my laptop and enjoy a coffee. I’d recommend getting the iced caramel macchiato my all time favorite!
