Ordered a sweet cream cold brew with oatmilk and extra sweet cream foam. They gave me a regular cold foam and when I said it was supposed to have oat milk they just gave me a cup of oat milk to put in myself. IF YOU WANNA BE CHARGED TO MAKE YOUR OWN DRINK THEN GO HERE. My brother got a hot matcha latte and they made it iced too. Also didnt know how to use the register…

I usually stop into this Starbucks location after dropping my kid off to Kennedy plaza to take the bus. Typically I'm in and out within 5 minutes. I usually am still in my pajamas or workout clothes but I sat in there and waited about 20 minutes today, that is not what I expected ?. This morning at 7:30 am the staff of two seemed overwhelmed. It definitely affected the kind of service they would usually be able to provide.

Very disorganized and rude staff. Waited over an hour for a two drinks, when asked the employees about the long wait was treated very poorly. After we received the drinks one was non-drinkable.

I ordered a coffee from this place, it tasted horrible I went back in to ask if they can remake it, they had nobody behind the register the girl that was cleaning never said hi just asked how am I paying, I said I’m not buying anything may you please redo my coffee it’s terrible, another girl came looked at it and walked away,they are so good at customer service they started taking another order listening to the next customer complaint, manager comes in the customer got some type of discount, now 3 staff members still dealing with the same person while I’m still waiting for someone to make my coffee another staff member this time a guy comes and they tell him hey u made this coffee and she wants a new one take care of it , he proceeded to ask me how do I want my coffee, what is it missing what do I need, I said can you please make it right, it’s watery and it does not have espresso, I don’t understand the logic behind this guy’s attitude and his question I obviously don’t know the ingredients or how to make it but you do I’m sure they don’t ask this type of questions to all customers, im paying 7$ for a coffee I need it as it’s supposed to be, attitude is not part of his job description, really need to see who they hire nowadays, customer service skills are lacking for sure in this place, my coffee went through 3 different hands and the same person who messed it up was given the responsibility of redoing it, WTH ? definitely will not be going back terrible service, some girl was carrying ice buckets back and forth, while I was in the waiting area mad rude too, nobody said I’m sorry, I know is a job to pay the bills but if your job is dealing with customers, do it right we have no choice but to deal with whoever is behind the counter managers have to make sure clients have a pleasant experience, again 4 people plus the girl with the ice buckets and none of them made me feel welcome or apologized for the poor customer service I received I do not recommend this location.

This Starbucks is usually great but today the two girls behind the counter were so rude that I felt like I had to say something. They messed up my order which is not a problem but then they insisted that I didn't order what I said I ordered. I go to Starbucks everyday I order the same thing every day I know what I ordered. The eye rolls and the sign and the general rude attitude from both of them made me not want to go to this particular Starbucks anymore. Furthermore they messed up one of the orders of one of the customers in front of me and we're rude to her too when she asked that they fix it.
