Saddest, most run-down Starbucks I've ever been to. Employees look like they are serving a prison sentence. The tea I ordered was tepid warm and their food selection is so scarce it seems almost Soviet. Avoid this place if you can.

Pros: - speedy service- usually on time with mobile orders- food and drinks are goodCons:- extremely limited seating and thus not a great place to study, work, or do meetings

Not the best, but reliable quality and serviceVegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options— mostly because foods are more pastry-esque

Solid four stars, great coffee, standard Starbucks. Pretty unique atmosphere, although I'd personally prefer a more unique coffee house l.

In general, I love Starbucks. I was visiting from out of town and we were walking the streets in Providence with a group of friends. I wanted some coffee, so I came in here. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how trashed the floors were. I was a little taken aback. There was a line, so I went to use the restroom. Needless to say, I did not use the restroom and definitely did NOT get coffee here. This is most disgusting Starbucks I’ve ever set foot in.I do NOT recommend this location.

Spacious and good coffee as usual.

You employees are harassing people on the sidewalk in front of this location for their political views. Your employees have no right to do that. Starbucks have all different kinds of customers. Your employees chose a political side and decided to harass, while they were on duty and in a Starbucks uniform, someone legally standing on a public sidewalk. That employee should be disciplined. Starbucks should welcome everyone, regardless of their political views.

I am SEVERELY lactose intolerant, and i ordered a iced latte with almond milk. I watched them make my coffee with cows milk and was extremely disappointed because of the fact that i would get sick if i drank that. I had to ask for a new one and still had to pay full price. I love Starbucks but was absolutely dissatisfied with the service.

This Starbucks called the police on me and my friend standing outside on a public sidewalk because they didn't like my friend talking to people about the medical abuse of children and holding a sign about this child abuse scandal. The police came and told Starbucks they could NOT tell us to leave. It's a public space and Starbucks cannot trample on our free speech just because they are a powerful corporation. They should focus more on not buying coffee from plantations with slave labor instead of suppressing free speech of Americans. See link below.

Wow. I expect so much more from a Starbucks. Definitely one of the dirtiest, most disheveled locations. Boxes all over. Bathroom was filthy and stank of urine. Not cool.

I simply can't stand the coffee at Starbucks. I have to pour out a 1/4 of it to add milk in a not so clean area and then it's luke warm strong acidic coffee. Just my opinion. And of course the people are nice here. It's all about the coffee for me.

Worst place to go, inhumane and disrespectful service. My friend and I ordered a coffee with our three kids under 6 years old, we were trying to warm up for 15 minutes as the weather was 4 Fahrenheit. Staff asked us to leave, what kind of humans work there?
