Your typical Starbucks, but a great mix of crowd here from police officers to college students. Wish they did something extra here! Location is great though.

Really bad experience at this location. I ordered the online to pickup and it wasn’t ready after 12 minutes ready time even though it wasn’t busy at all. The guy with pinky hair who made my drink spent his times chat around with other employees instead of finishing the order. He already made drink incorrectly for 2 previous customers and mine as well. Please stop gossiping and doing your job.

The area is quite nice and outdoor seating really gives the coffee house vibes,Parking: There are about 10 spots in the connected lot, if that's full there's street paid parking and some potentially free spots on a side street, good luck with those though.

This is my favorite Starbucks! The seating options, drinks, and atmosphere are great but the staff is what really makes it my favorite. They’re incredibly friendly and always go above and beyond to make the place feel so cozy and welcoming. Thanks!

Great, clean environment for me to do my work and chill. The partners here are amazing and have the best vibes. 10/10.

Why is the sugar and cream behind counter? I like to make my own coffee so I know there’s enough cream and sugar. Asked for cream the other day, coffee was black. Please put sugars and cream back on counter.

Parking is brutal. Patrons are very uptight. Food and drinks are great. Staff is pretty nice.

Although I've visited Starbucks a few times, today was my first time buying something for myself there. The staff has always been very accommodating when I ask to look at different things to ensure that I can have them, and very polite as well. My order was ready within 2 minutes, although I ended up waiting longer because the in store pickup spot confused me, but the second time they called my name I found my drink easily. Once again, it tasted great, and I was pleasantly surprised by the price being lower than I thought it would be.Dietary restrictions: The staff is super accommodating when it comes to dietary restrictions. They know which non-dairy milks are kosher, and happily show the bottles when asked. They keep track of what's dairy in the drinks so they can clarify if there's something else that might need to be left out or replaced. Great work! The only thing I'm worried about is gluten, because I couldn't find the bottles saying gluten free, but the ingredients looked fine. I'll have to check that again next time I go.

Stopped here to use a gift card this AM. Barista "Josie" refused to make eye contact and rolled her eyes as she took my order. When I suggested, in a kindly manner that she smile and lighten up because it was "going to be a "beautiful day" she became visibly annoyed, continued to roll her eyes, and was SUPER condescending. I've visited Starbucks many times throughout the 20+ years I have lived in the East Side, and I've never had a problem. Josie needs to lighten up and adjust her attitude if she is going to earn a livelihood working with the general public.
