Do NOT go here! I had 2 TERRIBLE separate occasions here and this time was my final straw. My 1st experience was when I did an online order, came in to pick it up and a worker handed me an empty cup and a cap when their drink machines were out of service. Today, they were understaffed as there were only 2 workers making food so I tried to extend grace & be patient. While I was ordering, the worker completely cut me off and went on to ask a different customer for their order and finished HIS before MINE even though I’d ordered my meal first. She left my food out on the counter while she was making the customer’s food who ordered after me, and a tiny fly flew on it and then she went back to prepping it as she was preparing the other guys food and handed the customers food before mine. Also, they were out of toasted bread. Everytime I came here they were out of something. On top of that, the sandwich was horrible! Completely unprofessional, classless, and disrespectful and I will never be coming here again!

Went here at night after walking around the city all day... very sketchy atmosphere. Some rowdy customers were yelling racial slurs at the top of their lungs while the guy working appeared to be part of the conversation. I needed to eat, though, so I ordered, and he was immediately very attentive to me! The food looked and tasted well, so there were no complaints there. I definitely walked out very cautiously after paying.

Absolutely horrible experience at the Amherst Center Downtown Subway. The staff here is unbelievably rude and disrespectful towards customers. I went in to order two large subs, and while waiting, I started feeling faint and sick. Despite clearly struggling to even stand properly, the staff REFUSED to let me sit down. They showed zero humanity, zero kindness, and treated me like I was a burden just for existing there. I cannot believe a place like this is allowed to operate with such behavior. They were not helpful at all, acted like they couldn’t care less, and seemed annoyed just by having customers. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. If you care about basic human decency, stay far away from this place.

Save your money and don’t come here. The place is dirty. I went and they overcharged me and the worker thought he was slick. He knew what he was doing. The food is disgusting and the service is trash. The manager is also extremely rude. When I told him I was overcharged he began to argue with me because the workers can’t do their job right.

A gentlemen with face tats was yelling at all the guests, has 0 class. Had the same gloves on making a boat load of sandwiches. Would not want that sandwich maker representing my store. ( I still tipped a 1$ ) I have class this man none.
