Rude lady i ask he about a promotion online and she screamed at me and also spitting on my sandwich i almost have to call the police

They forgot my tomatoes and put olives when I asked for Olive oil on my sandwich not OLIVES. The manager was not understanding when I called back and said that co worker is the only one working today 9/24/25 not an excuse to mess up an order!

One of the worst experiences in this place yesterday around five in the afternoon I went with my husband to buy 2 samwish and the person who attended us was so rude making gestures and talking to us in a loud tone of sarcastic voice in every sense of the word I felt very sad and I felt that it was a gesture of racism towards my person and my husband we are customers of years of this place and most of the time this person is rude so we made the decision to never return to that place and let our family and friends know so that they do not go through the same situation.

Heavy set , caucasian lady very loud and rude
I had a very unpleasant experience at this location. I placed a mobile order, and when I arrived, the staff member who was asked to prepare it was extremely unprofessional.(heavy set older woman) She responded with a smart mouth, mimicked me, and made loud, rude remarks when she was the one who was incorrect. Her attitude was completely unacceptable and showed a serious lack of basic customer service skills.
I expect to be treated with respect when patronizing any business, and this interaction was anything but respectful. Management needs to address the behavior of their staff, especially those representing the store on the front lines.
I will be reconsidering future visits to this location.

These workers here know how to multitask! The two people working at lunch on a Tuesday we're doing an excellent job handling the customers in front of them as well as the online orders. Very impressive. And they still had a friendly attitude as well. The store is clean and modern inside and offers one high chair for children. NOTE: no public restroom here. It has one, just roped off.

This review is for Travis. Im obsessed with subway - ever since I was like 5 years old. I have never left a review. I came to this location once before and I’ll ne honest I remembered him. So kind, so personable, so helpful. I need him to get a raise lol. He is always in good spirits. I could’ve probably came in 2 minutes til close and he would’ve been that kind. Thank you Travis! The girls were very nice. Our sandwiches were delicious. My pretzel stick was warm and yummy. We were offered a 12 pack of mini cookies for $1.99, I said yes and absolutely didn't regret it. They were soft and scrumptious! Best Subway sandwich shop experience for me and my husband. Thank you kindly...

Jasmine & Shawn are amazing employees. Jasmine expertly crafted my sandwich and followed every single request I asked for to perfection. Not only that, she also took the time to make sure my sauces were evenly spread and I didn’t even have to ask. She was pleasant and professional, and I will absolutely be returning for another sandwich because of my experience. Additionally I interacted with Shawn when I ran back in to grab some sauces I forgot to ask for. He was courteous, prompt, and polite and I saw him handling other customers with an equal level of professionalism to Jasmine. Subway could use more staff like Jasmine and Shawn and I hope they are here the next time I come in. If they are up for any raises or promotions they should absolutely be given them. You should do everything in your ability to retain their employment. I’ve had so many mediocre or even bad experiences at subway and this was really refreshing and restored my faith in the brand. They both are the epitome of what it means to excel in customer service and should be commended for it.

Don't recommend this place or the dunkin next door I walked in greeted the lady who's working there with a "Good Morning" and ask if i can use the bathroom and she said no with an attitude funny how both subway and dunkin said no and both places have bathroom this happened today at 8:17am 03/09/24 ?
