Inefficiency... They had one young kid making the sandwiches and working the register, while another employee was in the back doing nothing. The kid made a good sandwich, I'll give the place that.
I like this place cause you can order ahead of what sandwitch you want and they have a wait time here so people can order there food. there meals are expensive here and people go there to buy food. the place inside is big and have two people working inside. they have menus there so people can look at.
Not a bad Subway, but just in a tough location. The staff here was plenty helpful, even joking around while they made my sandwich. However, the location is a bit rough: homeless people wander around, the sidewalks have trash on them, etc. That won't keep me away from eating here; it's just a consequence of the area.
