Great location near Brown/RISD. Customer service was excellent. Store was super clean. Was in and out in a timely manner. Food was fresh and delicious.

Very upset. Their website said my order didn't go through, said to re-do the order, never got a confirmation. So I redid the order, got the confirmation, went and picked up my 2 tiny 6 inch sandwiches, the only ones on the rack. If I had seen 2 orders with my name I would have addressed the situation right then and there, but nope, only 1 order was there. Later I see in my email TWO paypal charges almost identical (the 2nd time I must have done something different because there was a TEN CENT difference.) File a claim with paypal and they "say" they contacted subway and denied my claim? Trust me, 2 tiny 6 inch subs are NOT WORTH $30. Never again using their website ordering! Has this type of thing happened to anyone else?

Just left and purchased the steak wrap. The amount of meat they put on my wrap is like they are pinching for penny's. As I sit here is more like a veggie wrap with 1 scoop of meat. The girl at noon time clearly don't know how to measure. I refuse to go back to this location after today.
