I came here yesterday, Thursday November 20th at 2:15pm for the second time, walking out without ordering food because the employees again, did not have their masks up. The angry black woman working there screamed "why are you leaving?" And I said because no one here is wearing their masks properly- just the necklace mask, as I call it- (neither employee, nor their male friend who was there visiting them). She then got irate and started screeching and swearing at me to get the f*** out of here. Then her little male friend joined in and told me to get the f*** out of there. Hopefully the owner has a camera and can review footage. I feel badly for the owner of this place. These employees are running his business into the ground. Absolutely outrageous behavior. Even in the ghetto I expect a sliver of manners, but not here.

Fabulous staff friendly and attentive .Cleanest restroom I have seen ever all around wonderful experience every time. Super management. I always stop in every now and then when I'm in the area...
Shailyieh was a blast, not only Subway but I wish all employees everywhere treated wheelchair users like this. Although Cindy helped me bust on her. It is truly rare for people in the world to treat a wheelchair user like anyone else you may run across. I have a sign on the back of my wheelchair because people get in the way and will pus it without my approval. then get angry when I yell at them for being rude. I think Subway should write her a letter for treating this wheelchair user like his personality and not focusing on "how I got there" This is how everyone should treat wheelchair users. Many hotels who claim they have handicapped. accessible rooms don't. I don't know how they inspect a so-called handicapped accessible room but I have only found two in the country (not saying there are not more, but I only found one) that was in Port Charlotte FL and the "providence hotel" in Providence RI. SORRY for getting off subject but I need to let people know that because they say handicapped friendly or "accessible" doesn't mean they are

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in here, mainly because of the staff. They were chatty and knew he customers. I was visiting, but the server made conversation nonetheless. They are not anemic with their serving of the veggies as I have seen in other places so that is a big thumbs up :)
