Got denied service, more than half an hour before closing. There were people in front and behind us.Claimed they were only taking DoorDash orders. This Taco Bell has consistently never failed to disappoint me, in different ways, everytime. Committing to never trying ever again at this point.

Half the time we order online to pick up through drive through after midnight they pretend like they never received our order and turn us away. We even show them the app and the order number. They just don’t want to do it. They turn people away before closing regularly too. Like an hour or more before closing. They’re playing around.

late night drive through employee on microphone is always so rude on intercom. Completely disrespectful tonight when he told me i needed to hurry up because they’re on a timer??? i was the only one in line and i hadn’t even been there for a full minute, are you kidding me? i’m a frequent customer so I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt but this was just the worst visit. Maybe don’t rush your customers, so unprofessional.
