late night drive through employee on microphone is always so rude on intercom. Completely disrespectful tonight when he told me i needed to hurry up because they’re on a timer??? i was the only one in line and i hadn’t even been there for a full minute, are you kidding me? i’m a frequent customer so I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt but this was just the worst visit. Maybe don’t rush your customers, so unprofessional.

The younger guy taking our order couldn't get it right and then tried to blame use for a confusing order. Cheese quesadillas are not confusing. Pulled to the window to pay and just waited for 10 minutes. Some other guy handed us our food and told us to have a good night, we had t paid yet and didn't have our drinks yet.
The guy taking orders was messing everything up for everyone else. Big ego.
The drive through worker who was at the window at 8pm on Wednesday September 25th (Broad st.) was so amazing and nice. He was very helpful while I was ordering and gave me great recommendations from the menu! I am looking forward to going back with all of my college friends to eat more Taco Bell and hopefully see our favorite worker. 😋🌮🔔
