Cancelled a minimum of 6 different doordash orders after letting all of the dashers wait for 20+ minutes. The drive thru was nearly empty, they had several employees working, and over 45 minutes left until closing.
This is not my first bad experience doordashing here.

Went Saturday night 11/8 around 7:30 or so. Ordered online for pickup. It only took maybe 5 mins once I got into the store, which I didn’t think was a long wait at all. They were out of the drink I wanted but the (maybe manager?) got me a similar drink and asked if it was ok, which it was. She also provided 2 coupons for a free taco for the inconvenience. Great customer service by providing an alternative as well as the coupons. Food was correct and tasted great as well.

Got denied service, more than half an hour before closing. There were people in front and behind us.Claimed they were only taking DoorDash orders. This Taco Bell has consistently never failed to disappoint me, in different ways, everytime. Committing to never trying ever again at this point.
Half the time we order online to pick up through drive through after midnight they pretend like they never received our order and turn us away. We even show them the app and the order number. They just don’t want to do it. They turn people away before closing regularly too. Like an hour or more before closing. They’re playing around.

I just left there there its 10:00 am door says it opens at 9 ablnd i saw a worker hiding in the back .. whats up with that ... you need to hire actual people that wanna work... not going over there again and am gonna tell my friends to do the same...
