So I've just finished another great meal, and I've been reviewing some of the previous reviews, particularly the negative ones.Look, I'll admit it, yes the hours can be a bit inconsistent compared to what is on Google, but guess what? You can call first. If they answer, you're in luck, if not, try again later. Why? Because the food is that good!Regarding reviews on the service, never had an issue. Be polite, be understanding that its basically 2 people, and understand they may not have everything on the menu. My only answer to that is what they do have is fresh, and well, just amazing! One last thing, if they run the special for the M'rouzia Lamb Shank, just get it... you're welcome!

We have been going every 2 weeks. we never found it to be great service, but it was ok. We liked the ambiance, the tea is good, the hummus is great. However, last Sunday the lady was very rude in many occasions. We will not going back. We will look for a new stop to meet.

Mohamed was a great host. He served us a delicious Moroccan tea that reminds me of my childhood in Sale, Morocco ??. Mohamed gave us Humus and pita bread on the house. Mohamed is a Moroccan who has a pride in what he does!We were so happy. The environment makes one feels at home. I am definitely coming back with my all family in May to have a full Moroccan meal!Thank you Mohamed and Salma for your great service!Vive le Maroc ??

Awful experience with ordering online. After ordering my food, I was called and told multiple items were out of stock. When asked for substitutions, both were incorrect. We asked how long it would take, the answer I received was 30 mins, however, it ended up taking over 1 hr during a very slow time of the day. Do not recommend Coming.

Do yourself a favor and read sort the reviews for this place by lowest and see the owner's responses. I too was treated like dirt when I made the mistake of walking into this dump. It is apparently run by the old bald guy and his uncouth daughter. If you have the misfortune of interacting with either of these rude individuals you will see that the apple does not fall far from the tree. I had the displeasure of being waited on, if you could even call it that, by the young lady. I'm not sure why she has such a poor attitude but it must have something to do with being a failing waitress at a failing tea shop. I'm inclined to believe that she is the one who is responding to the reviews because the old bald man does not seem to be literate, and she only barely so. Why open your doors to patrons if you are going to treat them so poorly, why so much apathy and disregard for the people from whom you are trying to take money ? I would suggest a new line of work. One that doesn't involve interacting with other humans, or any brain power. Maybe look into cleaning toilets or picking up rubbish. Just a suggestion ?

Amazing food and teas, and they occasionally host live music. Exceptionally cozy. Providence is lucky for this

Great atmosphere, You can sit at little cafe tables in the front room, or couches in the back room. You can just order a pot of tea or they do have small plates of food and dessert. Highly recommended for a casual get together.

I've never left a negative review for any business, but the service I received here was appalling. I visited once before with my wife, and had a great time. There was a gentleman, who I assume was the owner, who greeted us and took our order. He was very nice and we enjoyed the tea as well as some hummus with pita bread. Our second visit last night (2/2/24) was the complete opposite. After finding a seat and going to the counter to order, a young woman took, or attempted to take, our order. We ordered tea and she informed us that we should order a larger size since there were three members in our party and a small would not be sufficient. My wife asked what sizes they have, and the woman literally just lost it and told her to "tone it down" completely out of nowhere. Extremely rude and discourteous service, my wife even tried to deescalate and apologize, for no reason at all, for what she perceived as some sort of miscommunication. The woman behind the counter doubled down and was even more rude, flipping the screen towards us so that we could pay. We instead walked out, leaving the door behind us open. The owner came out to say something to us, but I could not open my car window in time to catch what he was saying (we were parked directly in front of the entrance) and then he shut the door. I'm fairly certain he'll read this, since he has responded to numerous other reviews. All I can say is whoever that young woman is, she should not be interacting with your customers if she is so volatile. Literally nothing transpired where she should have acted that way. She's hurting your business and you've lost customers and money over something completely avoidable, I would happily come in again if I received the same respectful, charming treatment I did on my first visit. What a shame, and judging by some of the other reviews, this isn't an anomaly. There are too many other cafes and tea spots in the area to compete with for you to offer service like you did on this visit.

Absolutely horrible experience here. The staff are horrendous. They clearly do not know how to run a business -- especially when they seem quite incapable of speaking to customers with common decency. To be quite honest, there seems to be a bit of favoritism towards the white customers, while customers of color get treated horribly here. Even looking at the other reviews, it seems like most of the brown people and other POC have been treated horribly here. The woman had a nasty attitude and the manager/owner was abusive and pushy. DO NOT COME HERE. The food isn't even good.
