One of my favorite boba places in Providence
Matcha latte definitely my favorite! First time trying croffle & osmanthus tea jelly, recommend to add milk foam on the top of jelly. Both are good choices for afternoon snacks.
I absolutely love Ten One Tea House in Providence! The place is super modern, clean, and beautifully decorated—it's such a relaxing spot to hang out. The staff is always friendly and quick to serve, which makes the experience even better. My favorite drink is the grapefruit green tea, and let me tell you, it's amazing! So refreshing and delicious, I can't recommend it enough. Definitely give it a try if you're in the area!
Both Rose Milk Tea & croffles taste really good. Just try the croffles with drinks, that’s a perfect combination no doubt about it!
Excellent place to have a good tea. The only bad thing I noticed was that there are only two tables. There should be two more tables.
Tried couple drinks during these two weeks.
Every drinks I purchase tasted fantastic, satisfied me specifically after a stressful day!
All staff are super friendly, they introduce drinks well and able to answer any questions.
Definitely will become loyal customers in the future!!

Ten One Two House is an absolute gem with its wide selection of delicious and creative boba tea flavors. The brown sugar milk tea was perfectly balanced, and the boba pearls had an amazing texture. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made the experience even better—definitely worth a visit!

Wonderful place! I got the specialty Orange Green Tea because it was on sale for Independence Day weekend; it was labeled as "Lite," so I was expecting it to have a sugar substitute in it, but what I got was a little bit of natural sugar and real citrus slices! The quality of ingredients was remarkable, and the drink was delicious. I would absolutely buy it again!

I ordered the brown sugar milk tea with boba and no alterations, and it was bitter. The boba was overcooked, mushy, and had no texture. It was really disappointing.

My favorite boba place on College Hill. I wish they had more space to sit inside, but they do a great job and their boba pearls are perfectly prepared. Favorites are the grapefruit green tea and the brown sugar milk tea.
