They have a good product, but the consistency of unpleasent people working the register is certainly unique. Does not matter who it is, they will treat you like an exasperated teenager, being interupted from better things they could be doing. Having to actually take an order from a person rather than getting it from the touchscreen kiosk is such a burden, and they let you know it.

Bright cute tea shop. Ordered grapefruit with the whole boba. Good balance of sweetness and tartness. 50% was plenty sweet. Very intense flavor. We ended up diluting it with water and it was good.

Matcha latte definitely my favorite! First time trying croffle & osmanthus tea jelly, recommend to add milk foam on the top of jelly. Both are good choices for afternoon snacks.
