As usual all the food from appetizers, entrees to dessert were delicious. Service with Johnny as our waiter and the rest of the crew was outstanding and atmosphere was great. It's not just dinner out but an experience when dining at Ten Prime Steak & Sushi.

Overall yummy as usual however we ordered a rib eye & received a sirloin. It took an unusually long time to receive the main course and no one checked on us so we didn't say anything. The steak was overpriced for quality. Mishap was disappointing as a similar situation happened the last time we dined here as well. Follow through with service could definitely be improved. Both occasions were birthday dinners which makes the sting a little more painful.

Very much appreciate that they are on the Rewards Network, found them there while traveling and decided to check it out. Did not disappoint. The lobster mac and cheese was great with lots of lobster, excellent steak prepared just right.

We came in on a Wednesday & sat at the bar. It was our first time & food was fantastic But the bartender Kevin (Wednesday nights) is reason enough to come back. He was so sweet, attentive, charming & funny. Everything was 10/10. Will definitely be back. ?

10/10 food - boyfriend said it’s the best sushi roll he’s ever had and I love the vegan options. 100/10 service - Brendan is the best bartender. Will be back to sit with him again. Ps happy dory and Nemo aren’t being terrorized in the fish tank by the tigetfish anymore

Ordered a birthday dinner for takeout, and it did not go well.
Bacon Wrapped Scallops were overdone. Found a big piece of shell in the scallops -- I could hear the crunch from the mouth of my partner from across the table over the din of the TV. Bacon was burnt and rubbery. Done with scallops.
Snake River Farms Flat Iron Steak (Wagyu) was tough, and cooked medium (asked for rare to medium rare). Overloaded with black pepper although there was no mention of it on the menu. We were able to scrape a tablespoon of coarsely ground black pepper off the steak without much effort -- what remained was far too much. No marbling discernible, but plenty of sinew. Have had better Wagyu from the supermarket for a fraction of the price.
Death by Butter Smashed Potatoes were good.
10 Meatloaf was a generous portion, tasty. No complaints.

I went here for my anniversary with my girlfriend and they gave us a very comfortable private booth, the hostess wished us a happy anniversary when she sat us for our reservation and our waiter David was excellent and so attentive and kind! The food was fantastic (as always) and for dessert they brought it out on a plate with, "Happy Anniversary" spelled out in chocolate on it! Absolutely 10/10 experience and we will be coming back! We got the Firecracker Roll, the American 9oz. Flat iron Wagyu, a side of these glazed, Japanese style sweet potatoes that weren't even on the menu officially yet and the banana bread pudding for dessert. Highly recommend!!
