After staying in Thailand for most of the previous year and returning to the states recently, I wanted Thai food similar to what I had in their country. So far in Providence, I've tried 4 places that call themselves Thai but fail and it's not close. Makes me wonder if locals even realize its not authentic from their good reviews. Anyhow, as a PSA, Thai Star Go is the closest I've found to the real thing so far. At least for the one order I made. I'll return in the near future to give a full review after I try additional items.

Just picked up multiple meals, a few appetizers and 2 mango sticky rice and everything was absolutely delicious and very fresh!!! Service was excellent and we only regretted that we thought it was too warm to eat in house.
I strongly recommend this restaurant!!!

First time trying Sticky rice and mango and I am obsessed! I also tried their Singapore Noodles ( which I’ve tried several times at other restaurants) it was excellent well seasoned and flavorful crispy chicken on top. I order through door dash and cook was kind enough to tell to order directly through them it cheaper! I really enjoyed this place and plan on returning soon. Overall great service

I'm a big massaman curry fan. It was super tasty- the base was delish! However, the portion size was small.

Love it! Lost count of how many times I keep coming back for the green curry. Very friendly too. We have made a point on multiple occasions to get takeout from here when family is in town

This is the best thai food in the state! I am Thai and Lao myself and i will say most restaurants are not so flavorful and mostly sweet. But Thai Star Go reminds me of the food back home, even better at times! Never had a disappointing dish everything is so savory. The crab Rangoon are more than just some super sweet cream cheese, they have a little extra crunch to them inside and out. Will continue to keep coming back!
Let me start with the inside is very nice, very clean atmosphere. I think they spent more time perfecting the interior rather than the cuisine. Secondly I have tasted many pad Thais in my life. IT WAS THE WORST! very bland. The crab ragoons also very bland. It’s almost like they don’t have a seasoning cabinet. If you really want a good pad thai I HIGHLY RECOMMEND bees thai cuisine, I’ve been there several times and NONE of the dishes have ever disappointed.
I’ve had many thai food places in my life, it is one of my favorite cuisines. Couldn’t distinguish the flavor. And all I have to say is i’m disappointed. Lovely interior but you disappointed me!
I stopped in to check out the restaurant and ordered coconut shrimp! They were delicious, and I ate them all in one minute, lol. I’ll be back for sure!!! Sorry, I have no photo to add other than a used napkin. Great customer service by Howie!
Ordered the pad kee mao (drunken noodle) the taste is there, but the portion for the price is upsetting…
