Random homeless people who we saw outsode were inside blocking people coming in and people who had been waiting that were currently being seated... the put our name in wrong for the wait then tried to skip us till I called them out. The waiter left us without drinks more than half the time. Didn't visit the table without being called to it. Didn't even bring our food. Had to be asked twice for more drinks because he didn't offer and just keot walking by. The portions are insanely smaller while prices were raised. I understand inflation but that means prices go up to keep same portions. The ahi Tuna was a micro serving little fime sized balls on a 1x1 square of rice for like 20 bucks lmfao. This isnt LA... its a chain restaurant in a mall. Pathetic really. Used to love this place but I will not return I had a 140 dollar bill for 2 people I wasn't being cheap. I still tipped 20% when I shouldn't have. The whole thing was pathetic. Managers weren't even noticeable. I ran a 4 star scratch kitchen in westport ma in a tourist location for 10 years that was on the news, radio, in magazine's etc. I speak from experience not ignorantly. Pathetic really.

Went for my daughters 13th bday per her request, she had never been. We ordered:

Dumplings-delish but outrageously priced at $18 for 6 small Dumplings would not order again
Brussel Sprouts- delish but for the price felt like there should have been more bacon, maybe found 10 small pieces in the portion.
Hot Honey Chicken and Biscuit-great deal! $10 for smaller portion but was 2 solid sets of a biscuit with a good piece of chicken and sausage gravy atop. My 94 year old auntie enjoyed it without the hot honey.
Kids Chicken Alfredo-she loved it!
Chicken Alfredo-$30 price was WILD! Portion side by side with child portion was similar at less than half the price. Delicious nonetheless but won't order again simply because the price is crazy
Cobb Salad-absolutely HUGE salad, $20 worth every penny. Could feed a whole family and quality fresh ingredients. 10/10 recommend
Chicken Katsu Bowl-ordered to take home to family member, they enjoyed and price was reasonable
Peach Cheesecake-mom loved
Triple Berry Cheesecake-not my fave, too lemony not enough berry
Classic Strawberry Cheesecake-imo the absolute best cheesecake there is, delish
Apple Crisp-94 year old auntie LOVED
Cherry Cheesecake-took home to family member who liked it

Pros:
-Great atmosphere as always
-quality ingredients
-huge menu
-Cheesecake is the bomb

Cons:
-waited about 10-15 minutes to be seated which normally wouldnt be an issue except it was like 4pm and the restaurant was essentially empty so not sure what the delay was
-once seated was another 10 minutes to be asked about drinks, then another 10 to get them. 94 year old auntie asked specifically for regular black decaf tea, and explained if it wasnt regular black tea she would have something else. Waitress said she would check, but she brought hot water with 3 decaf options non of which were regular and seemed annoyed when we asked her to take it back and to have decaf coffee instead. We appreciated she tried, but also we had told her so not our fault the teapot was wasted.
-we ordered, received and were done eating our apps before the waitress took our entree order, then seemed annoyed when I pointed out we hadn't yet put in our food and made a comment about doing the best she can and would be right with us. We weren't upset or mean to her, I just said hey sorry we havent ordered yet.

Overall we had a good time and most food was delish, but very very pricey. Service wasnt awful, but wanted great. At the price point I would expect better. My daughter loved her food so since it was her birthday we were happy.

We recently visited The Cheesecake Factory as a family and had a disappointing experience regarding stroller policy. When we arrived, we were told that we could not bring my little nephew’s stroller to the table and instead had to leave it unattended near the entrance. While we understand this may be part of the restaurant’s policy, it felt unfair and inconsistent.

What made this feel inconsistent was that several guests were allowed to bring large pieces of luggage with them to their tables, some of which even blocked parts of the hallway. Our own table was located in an area where nearby guests also had their luggage, so our stroller would not have created any more obstruction. This discrepancy made the rule feel discriminatory toward families with small children. We also noticed another family was asked to leave their stroller at the entrance, which reinforced the impression that families are held to different standards than other guests.

We fully understand that walkers or medical devices are necessary and of course should be accommodated, but it felt unfair that large suitcases were permitted while strollers were singled out.

That said, we want to highlight that our waitress, Kim, was absolutely wonderful—she was kind, attentive, and not at all involved in this issue.

The food was also very good, and aside from this policy frustration, we had a positive dining experience.

We went at around 730 8ish for dinner. Me and my two children... they were closing at 10pm so I figured we had enough time that we weren't rushed out. The waitress was pleasant, she came back pretty quick with the drinks we wanted, and the entrées. I got a margarita, which I have to say it was probably one of the best ones I've had. When the food came out it was stone cold. The Alfredo noodles were hard, and the portion was smaller than my 9 year old plate. I think the one thing that got me the most was it was my daughters bday. The waitress finally brings over the piece of cake, and im thinking she was going to have everyone come out and sing for her like they did at the next table... nope she just plopped it down and left... so we sang happy birthday. The overall experience that ive had twice (with the food) and the overall was only ok... I dont know when ill be back. The cakes are what they are known for though and I will not take away how delicious they are

So extremely overpriced and not worth it. Providence has an amazing culinary scene that can be a lot cheaper than Cheesecake Factory. Only go for the cheesecake!!

Guys, I can’t express how good this restaurant was!!! I have eye problem with bright lights but this restaurant, the light were on perfect brightness! The food is delicious, the appetizers, the cheesecake. Everything is so good, even the bread!. And I love how they pay attention to the extra details you put on the reservation!. The roof of the place is amazing. I loved everything and definitely coming back again. The workers are quick and well spoken, they are so sweet and nice, it gives comfort 😭❤️❤️❤️
Thank you Cheesecake Factory

Food was good. Way too pricey for what it was. I was not hungry. However, I grudgingly attended a birthday dinner. I regret spending all that money for food I took home and didn't even eat 😩. The waitress was friendly enough until I asked her about the $60 tip they automatically attached to the total of our food bill. She explained that for a table of 8. They normally automatically add gratuity. I was already aware of this. However, the 8th person was a baby under 1-year-old. I didn't know that the baby would've been added. Seeing that she ate from her mom's plate. I guess I'm not up to date on current events of the food industry.

Whats the point of making a reservation when you still get made to wait 30-45 minutes?? Absolutely insane. Way to ruin an anniversary dinner.

Just left my wife was given something she us allergic to that we specifically asked not to be added to plate. I was given RAW chicken. The manager came and paid for our appetizers and offered a slice of cheesecake… the service was great with the waitress and the fact the food came out fast. But RAW chicken and giving someone food they have an allergy too is un acceptable. Highly disappointed.

Over 80% of their seats were empty, yet they told us (and several others) there would be a 20-minute wait. When I asked if the seats were reserved, they simply said, “We don’t serve there,” even though some people were sitting in that area. I value my time, so I decided to leave and go to another place.
