My friends and I came here for my best friends birthday and the rude waitress told us that she couldn’t serve my friend who had just turned 21 because her licenses was expired for 2 days (as her birthday was 2 days ago). We drove about 45 min to get here just to get turned down by someone with zero humanity. Bad experience and I wish there was more consistency with this place. Thanks a lot Alexis!

Food was ok, nothing special. I think it’s pretty overpriced in terms of the service and the quality of the food.

Great place, I got the mac and cheeseburger which I have to say it tastes a lot better than what the promotional image for it looks like, we were seated within 10 minutes of arriving, but this was our fault because we requested a booth and the booths were currently dirty so they had to clean one. The server was polite and honest during the meal during ordering, which helped keep expectations steady and despite how busy the place looked we got our food relatively fast and the entire process was fluid. Pricing was on the higher side, but it's Cheesecake Factory we went into that expecting itParking: The facility has direct connection to a parking garage so you park and then walk through an entrance into the building which was super nice not having to try to find our way out to street level.

My boyfriend & I received a gift card to cheesecake factory from my parents and we were really looking forward to it. The food here was some of the best we have ever had, service was a little slow but we could see our waiter running around so it was understandable. However that being said we found our waiter to be rather rude. As mentioned we had been given a gift card otherwise we would not be able to afford to come here, we brought five dollars for tip but had to use some of it to cover the bill. We already felt bad for it but than the waiter made us feel worse by turning to us as we were leaving leaning in and telling us he was sorry for the bad service then dashing off before we could explain or say anything. Now we feel even worse than we already had for the tip and it completely killed the good mood we were in.

Usually have a good experience here but tonight was an exception. It was not a very a busy night but our waitress was very short with us and practically rude. From the very start it seemed like she was rushing everything to get us to leave.I ordered the Italian SAUSAGE mushroom pancetta rigatoni dish and when I received it realized there was no sausage in it. I politely brought this up to the waitress and she began to argue with me that there actually was sausage in it. I know what sausage looks like, I know what it tastes like - I'm an amateur chef myself. She claimed it was ground up in the sauce, but the sauce was smooth with no bits in it other than pieces of pancetta. The advertisements of the dish on facebook and their online menu show large chunks of sausage in the dish.A few minutes later a manager came up to us and again tried to tell me there was sausage in it. She said that the pieces that look like bacon are actually the sausage (it was PANCETTA, like it says in the description of the dish) which is just an absurd lie or ignorance, and rather than apologizing, she and the waitress held their ground and gave us attitude for the rest of our dinner. Again, I tried to be polite as possible but they were not returning that courtesy.A frustrating experience but the only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because my girlfriends dish was fine and they did comp my meal (which I did not ask them to do) even though they said nothing about comping it and never apologized for the situation.I will probably dine here again but I will be avoiding that dish and that waitress.

Found a piece of Calamari in my Blazin Buffalo Bites and my husband is allergic. I called the store and they apologized and said they’d send me a gift card by email. After a week I did not receive it so I called them back. They told me they misplaced my info and took it down assuring me they would handle it immediately. It’s now been another 5 days and still nothing. I called again, and was assured they would take my info and send me the card.I am not going to hold my breath. They are full of air and don’t actually seem to care that my food was contaminated. I won’t be going there again.

The parking was so awful we could find one spot on the outside or the inside of the parking garage I wanted to try it but we looked for an hour for parking.

First off, the staff and our waitress were amazing and any negativity in this review has nothing to do with them. Our appetizers for today were the Korean Fried Cauliflower and the Pretzel Bites with Fondue. The pretzels were wonderful and would 100% order them again, however the cauliflower was horrendous and made my girlfriend gag. It was fried to absolute crap and just overall not good. Our main courses were the Mushroom Burger and the Grilled Steak Tacos. The burger had 2 small mushrooms and was overcooked per our order. The tacos were pretty ok, however I probably would order something else as they were kind of flavorless. Dessert for us was the Cinnabon Cinnamon Cheesecake, and the Strawberry Shortcake. The cheesecake was overly sweet and felt like I was speed running diabetes. The strawberry shortcake was just a complete miss. Sour fruit, ice cream that was way too rich, and the 'cake' part was stale and hard.

First time here, I was eating with my friend because it was her 21st. I had the enchiladas and it came with rice and beans. it was delicious! I also had their passion mint fizz as a drink and it was delicious (non-alcoholic). Cheesecake was awesome! Will come back again. :)Dietary restrictions: The waiters/waitress will ask you if you have allergies! If not, tell them. :)
