This food trailer is hands down my new favorite. The Guate burger is the best thins in my opinion, however nothing I’ve tried from the galley has been bad! The food is fresh and flavorful and the owners are super nice. I recommend it 100%. You can take your food and eat it nice and hot freshly cooked inside the cute little bar right next to it. Gilligans pub!

Recently went to Gilligan’s pub and got to eat at their new food truck The Galley after a few drinks. As a foodie I couldn’t have been more impressed with the food! The menu is a unique blend of classics, Irish and Guatemalan flair and it was hard to choose what to get. My wife and I ended up splitting a bunch of things and everything was top notch. Tons of flavor, great quality food and good portions. Our favorite was the chuco, which is a Guatemalan hot dog and man it changed the hot dog game for me. The empanadas are homemade and so fresh and good. The loaded fries options are perfect bar food and even have a Rhode Island classic of NY System weiner fries. Service was great and totally worth a visit .
