This was my first and last experience at The Nitro Bar. I placed an online pick up order, arrived promptly at 10 AM and saw it wasn’t ready at the pick up spot so I sat on a stool and patiently waited. I realized that several folks who walked in after me received their orders, so kindly asked the barista if she received my order. I was told in a condescending tone that “you’re supposed to tell us your name when you get here”. Nowhere on their site is this mentioned or even in the store that was visible to me at least, but in my opinion this kind of negates the point of online pick up with a promised time. It’s unfortunate because the lattes I ordered were bomb but I refuse to patronize a business that patronizes me.

Terrible! The staff are so rude. Totally Overpriced. I asked for a bagel and they don't have it anymore. OK. Asked for bread with avocado and eggs, and it was no possible because avocado and eggs are only served with English muffins due to limited availability of bread. A terrible experience.

Gets busy but there's a good amount of seating. Surprisingly good iced chai on tap and the food was also great. Will definitely be back to try other drinks

The coffee is excellent. The syrups are sweeter than you might expect so consider asking for less if you prefer your coffee sweetened, but not overly so. Expect to wait about 20 minutes if you go late (after 11) on a Saturday morning; it’s worth the wait.
