So we just came from the Royal Bobcat. It started out as a lovely evening with friends over several relaxed hours of great food and drinks. Unfortunately, a female bartender with displaced anger issues decided to cut our night short. She didn’t decide to “cut me off” until I asked her about her inhospitable attitude. She was awful. I understand people have hard days, but WOW. Treating polite, paying customers so rudely is rather shocking. We’ve moved on down to Courtland Club tonight. Apparently my ability to walk in and place an order is acceptable here.

The Royal Bobcat is a fun, intimate jazz bar that serves great cocktails and creole food on Federal Hill.

Transphobic staff. I was screamed at by Shannon? who physically assaulted me last night when I walked in the door. Made no sense. Maybe they thought I was someone else?Police report filed.
This is my go-to recommendation for anyone looking for something a little different on the Hill. Yes, you could go to one of the half dozen wine bars or hookah bars but wont have the same experience. This bar is dimly lit, fantastically decorated with outstanding cocktails, what else could a girl ask for? The tiny "pop-up" kitchen serves up delicious Korean dishes. Just do yourself a favor and grab a drink, spend some time and enjoy yourself.

sadie's bayou took care of me and my friends late at night on short notice , and provided impeccable food . the po boys are incredible , the fry spice is borderline addicting , and the vegan muffelata is hands down one of the best sandwiches we've ever had . the bar staff was incredibly attentive and made our night better with their jokes and accommodations , and we're already planning our next visit . the kitchen is open late , which is perfect for industry crowd and barhopping groups , and the live jazz on wednesdays and saturdays creates an incredible atmosphere and excellent memories .
Vegetarian options: some of the best vegan food we've had in years
Dietary restrictions: incredibly accommodating for GF and celiac guests

Where do I start? The bartender does not know how to make drinks. Sent them back for a beer. It’s not New Orleans food. My wife and I hated it.
