This a gem of a place tucked away in PVD. Great atmosphere and friendly staff too. I recommend this place for ribs or enchiladas but the cocktails steal the show. Pickled Brussel sprouts, wow! I just saw someone at the bar order a bacon burger and it looked delicious and very large.

Came here after a long day of traveling and it was worth it! I had gotten the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and man that definitely matched its name. Most of them aren’t really spicy but this one had my mouth burning but in a good way. It was really flavorful and the fries were to die for. I also tried the Hudson Donut Cider and it was good! I’m happy this place stays open late and the staff was amazing! Our server Antonio was great!

Came in and was immediately greeted by our amazing server. Gave great drink recommendations. Food was great!! I had the fish sandwich and my friend had the chicken which has a great spice level. The whole vibe felt very cozy and was great for my first time in Boston!

In general the food was above average but nothing extraordinary. Atmosphere was nice and the bartender was excellent. I wouldn’t come back though bc of the kind of mediocre fish sandwich and duck confit spread. Burger was good enough

I don’t have the words to express how much I love this place. This was my 1st time there and immediately, I was greeted, seated and had water ready to go. The server was amazing and his recommendations were top tier (the shrimp and grits changed my life, so shout out to you bruh!). This is my new favorite place !!!!

Owner went above and beyond for our experience. Treated us very well. Food was so good as well. We ordered hot chicken sandwiches. The chicken was so fresh. Sauce was top notch. We also got the Mac n cheese. It was so good!! The crumb topping was the best. We also had a cheesecake dessert that was the best cheesecake I’ve ever had. 10/10 would recommend this restaurant over and over again!

The experience I just had was amazing! While this place is probably known for its great atmosphere, I was just nearby looking for a takeout meal and they absolutely delivered!
Even without a phone line (I assume so they can fully focus on the customer in front of them), I somehow got connected with the team who went above and beyond to make things happen. Tev’n was super nice when handing off my order, and his friendly attitude was a great example of the service I received up until that point!
NOW THE FOOD! It was incredibly flavorful, even down to the fries, which were perfectly crisped and seasoned. The chicken sandwich tasted like it had been marinated perfectly, with a spicy, flavorful sauce and fresh, soft bread. Even the pickles weren’t your average jarred kind. They were long-sliced, refreshingly crisp, and added a great bite to the sandwich.
The baked Mac and cheese was next level! Crispy on top, creamy underneath, with baked pepper jack mac, caramelized onions, pickled jalapeños, and a pork cracklin crumb. Just packed with flavor and texture.
And the espresso chocolate cheesecake from Fred’s? Simply ridiculous, in the best of ways! I know that’s not something they typically offer, but they were able to make it happen this time and I’m so glad they did. Fred’s is their sister restaurant, and now it’s next on my list.

The best summer melon salad I have ever had in my life. I’m from Houston so sadly, I can’t visit the restaurant again for quite a while. I’ll be working on re-creating the salad at home. That’s how good it is!

This establishment is so inviting! From the staff down to the food, it is excellent. I cannot reiterate enough how warm and friendly everyone is here. I have only tried three dishes so far, but the food is so unique and delicious. My favorite is the jalapeño cheddar polenta frites! They come out molten lava hot and are so addictive. My husband and I usually sit at the bar and we got to talk to Tori, the bartender, who made me the most perfect lavender haze. We have also gotten to know Tevin who provides the best experience and Julio who is part of the team cranking out the best dishes. We have moved here almost a month ago now and we have been blessed to have such a wonderful place so close to our new home.
