Just had breakfast with my husband there this morning. We were very disappointed! Planned on having the buffet as advertised (several other ppl were too) but they said they only offer it for big kid parties/tournaments. Sat down and got food that was cold, some over cooked; then proceeded to have to listen to the server complain and correct another young man (server) in front of us and then stand in the kitchen loudly complaining and came out with the chef in the dining room as they both were complaining. We both work in the food industry and this is one of the worst experiences we have had.

Poorly managed. Ordered Chilli...First time came out fast. but was literally cold. Sent back and it took literally 26 minutes for a new one. The brunette female was the server and gave a rude response when I complained about the food being cold. Never once applogized for.the cold chilli, or.the extremely long delay. Wont ever go back.The silvwr lining was that the other two male servers were great, and very personable.

Had a reservation for 6pm before a 7:30 PC game. At 6:15, the guy at the front said “should be about 10 more minutes” and then disappeared and never saw him again. We were not seated until after 7pm and were unable to eat. The service is ridiculously slow. Don’t allow reservations you cannot accommodate for. Do yourself a favor and choose a different bar/restaurant in the area.

There didn't seem to be enough waitstaff or cooks. Once seated, water was brought quickly but a mixed drink took about 15 mins or more to arrive after the waitress came back by and asked "You haven't gotten your Sangria yet?" Food order took even longer. One table nearby got up and left because they got tired of waiting for their food. Their food finally showed up after we had already been there an hour. Close to 45 mins for a pulled pork sandwich to arrive. The other half of our order - a Steak & Cheese sandwich was wrong and delivered as something called a Smashed Double Stack Burger, or something like that. By this point, at around an hour, we did not have time for it to be sent back and corrected. The food was actually good. Took about 10 mins for the waitress to return with my card after she took it. Due to amount of time everything took, would likely not go back unless just going for a drink at the bar.

Didn't really have a host or hostess. The person who seated us didn't know how to access my reservation. Took a while for someone to come give us menus and take our drink order. In general the staff seemed very unorganized. Food was average.

Unfortunately, we weren't able to even sit for our reservation bc The Vig didn't even look into our reservation. We made reservations for 6:15, bc we were heading to the PC game. We knew they were going to be packed, but they seemed short staffed and no actual host at the stand to checkin. We waited about 7-10 min. before getting up to the stand. There was a couple two ppl in front of us who didn't have reservations and were sat right away. After putting in our name, we were told about 10 min., but the ppl behind us were told 45 min. We waited about 25 min., and ended up leaving bc we would have never made the game. In the future, they need to be organized and hold the reservations ppl have made in advance. We weren't the only one who walked out before being sat.

It was one of worst experiences ever, not only for me but everyone in attendance. Or food took about 90 minutes to be served, I believe we were the 2nd table to be served. We came early so we didn't have to rush to the game. By the time we got our food we had to gobble it down in five minutes or be late for the game, I had indigestion all night. Ever table after us were told they couldn't be served, but still had to pay for there drinks. The waitress was a saint offering to pay for everyone. I felt so bad that I gave her an extra large tip thinking it she will probably lose money because of ridiculously terrible management and poor planning. It's almost as bad as the parking in their lot they don't have a clue there either. Emily , thank you so much for providing us with the best service you could, I hope you find a better place to work because they do not deserve you, good luck. Unfortunately I will never set foot in the Vig again.

Made a reservation to eat here before a PC game. We waited for2 hours and our food never came out. After taking everyone's dinner order waitress went table to table and told peopke to pay for their drinks because they weren't getting food. Just awful!

I never complain about en experience. But tonight was absolutely embarrassing for this place. After being seated for one hour my family was served one round of beverages and got our overcooked appetizer. Our food Never came out after waiting over an hour. This was nobody's fault except ownership and management. We left before our meal came out. The poor waitress was alone with 15 plus tables. Two tables got food in the hour we were there. When I approached the waitress for my check she informed me that the manager had left for the night. What? How is that even possible? I felt so bad for the staff. I was skeptical going here after reviews ....never again will I step foot in this place. My family went next door to eat at the amp. I hope this place shuts down soon! STAY AWAY.

very understaffed place, especially on Game Day. Took over an hour to get our food (Salad, soup and Quesedilla). Outside of a perfect location for pre-game meal at the AMP, there is no reason to go here until they get more staff. Our waitress, Emily was excellent. She was overwhelmed for sure but definitely tried her best. Blame management for the poor service.

Great spot if you're looking just for bar atmosphere -  in regard to food/restaurant service was poor and food was not good at all - would not recommend unless you're looking for a pregame/event (the AMP) place to have a drink with friends

The staff preferably the brunet with the tattoos EXTREMELY rude. Food is overpriced and quality is terrible.There people in restaurant and you will not get a drink refill unless you hunt them down and demand one.We tried eating breakfast but the time they post 6:30 am actually means 7am. Thank God for a bit a few ask it’s a huge inconvenienceThis dump should be closed down. We watched when one of the kids asked for utensils and this lady through the Utensils on the table.

Went in to grab a quick drink. The seasonal drink menus was nice and looked very well put together . The drinks were great Atwell as the service. I didnt get to try the food because we stopped in after dinner.
