If the drink was atleast good, would've ignored the customer service. The employee handed the drinks first to the customers that came after us, and employee acted nice towards them. I was being nice to the server and he acted total 180 towards me when I simply said thank you. Drink was too milky for all of us and tasted mediocre. Not coming back here ever again.

I've been coming here since it opened its doors and love the product. It is quite pricy so it's more of a treat than a go to drink when I'm thirsty. I usually get the number 5 as it is absolutely delicious and the pudding/flan is the best part. With that being said the last time I ordered this drink I was thoroughly disappointed with it. It wasn't the usual pudding that was in the drink that I love. It was using that nasty plastic tasting pudding gong cha uses. I wish I went to get a refund but i was already home when I tasted the drink and because its so expensive I rather not waste money. I hope the product either gets changed back or you guys let the customers know that youve changed producs because i was very underwhelmed and felt as though i wasted quite a bit of money.

I LOVE this places boba. I've never been in there but I've been getting boba doordashed through them for a while and they never fail!! If you're choosing between places, GET THIS
Online order placed at 8:10 and order got cancelled 5 mins later. All apps and websites show that they are open til 9:30 or 10. Enough said. There are many other bubble tea spots that are close by, and this store can’t customize the sugar level which always ended up too sweet. This one could be my last time ordering here.
