Tiger Sugar opened on Thayer Street the weekend of Saturday, June 4, 2022. The first 100 orders on Saturday, June 4, and Sunday, June 5 received free Tiger Sugar merchandise. I went on Sunday, June 5th and received a pack of Tiger Sugar playing cards and black sugar milk egg rolls with my order. I am so happy that Tiger Sugar is now available in Providence. I've been to their Flushing, NY location a few times prior to moving to Providence and was missing Tiger Sugar. After the grand opening weekend, I have been to Tiger Sugar multiple times. I've gotten their #1 - signature black sugar boba + pearl milk with cream mousse, #6 - black sugar mochi bobo with cream mousse, #8 - matcha black sugar boba milk with cream mousse, and F1 - tiger mango sago. All of their drinks are really good. The tapioca is always fresh. My go to always is their signature drink which is $5.79 for a small. I enjoy the small (pearl) and regular sized tapioca (original boba). In August, Tiger Sugar launched a collaboration with Hello Kitty and I went to Tiger Sugar for their festivities. There was Hello Kitty decor throughout the store and the cups and lids had Hello Kitty. Hello Kitty carriers were also available for purchase. Recently, Tiger Sugar posted on their Instagram about Jumbo Boba. When I saw that, I definitely wanted to try it. They have jumbo boba at this location! I got their signature black sugar with jumbo boba. These boba, unlike tapioca balls, are made from coffee and jelly. The #1 with jumbo boba was $6.25 for a small. It was interesting, but I prefer the regular tapioca. There are no options to modify sugar or ice levels; it is already set. There are two sizes - small and large. Service is quick and your order is ready soon after. By the entrance, there is a kiosk to order from as well but I usually just order with the cashier. They do have a few seats inside, but it is more of a grab and go place. Looking forward to future collaborations and my next visit to Tiger Sugar.

I've been coming here since it opened its doors and love the product. It is quite pricy so it's more of a treat than a go to drink when I'm thirsty. I usually get the number 5 as it is absolutely delicious and the pudding/flan is the best part. With that being said the last time I ordered this drink I was thoroughly disappointed with it. It wasn't the usual pudding that was in the drink that I love. It was using that nasty plastic tasting pudding gong cha uses. I wish I went to get a refund but i was already home when I tasted the drink and because its so expensive I rather not waste money. I hope the product either gets changed back or you guys let the customers know that youve changed producs because i was very underwhelmed and felt as though i wasted quite a bit of money.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! The description of my drink didn't have much of a description and came with chunks of taro and asked for them to alter the drink and they refused and tried to charge me for a brand new drink. ended up just throwing out the drink and left

Today is a very bad day, I asked to buy 3 cups of poplar nectar with pearls, less ice, the dark-skinned girl said he couldn't do it, just took the cups away, saying it was not for sale! I can do this before I buy it! I really don't like this girl's attitude

As I'm transitioning from coffee x lattes I'm wanting to try bubble tea as a substitute. But coming to Tiger Sugar got me hooked legitimately. Its sweet, filling, greatly sourced without the caffeine and jitteriness. Definitely recommend and definitely coming back.

Love the bubble tea here, especially their mango one! Everything is made fresh and to-order. I got my drinks to go, and she offered a drink bag to carry them back to the car. Very appreciative of that, as I was concerned how to open my car door if I had two drinks in my hands. She solved this problem for me without me having to ask! Will definitely be back here again, and again, and again!Parking: Free parking depends on the time/day. It's metered parking, which you can pay through the app
First time at this location. Clean restaurant, store has a kiosk option for ordering which I like, and the Boba was great. A regular size cost like $5 which I think is reasonable. I got the Lychee burst Bobba and it was refreshing :)

I was near the campus and thought about getting milk tea so I tried this. It was convenient ordering using the touchpad order system. Taste was okay, location was cramped, parking was hell. So, 3/5 and I had better milk teas compared to theirs.

Been here a few times since my last review. Had a couple of duds and will never order them again. I can't remember the one from last time but they asked me if I wanted soy powder. So sure what the heck. It was very gritty. Like a barely mixed protein shake. I suppose that's what it became lol. This time my son ordered the #6 the brown sugar mochi boba milk with cream. Soooo the cream... it's a weird texture. Like you kind of have to chew it. I think they over whipped it and it started to become butter. It's like a very soft whipped butter. And it didn't dissolve at all in the drink. Being Asian I like all those different textures but my son and his gag reflex was in full alert. So we ended up trading.The lines are always super long in here and there's always only 1 or 2 workers. Also when you leave a cash tip they don't acknowledge you. This is still good for a once in a while treat. $7.41 for a large.

I took my daughter there she ordered a drink from the menu I paid almost $8 she had a sip it tasted awful. I asked the cashier if they can remake it or change it. she said company policy you buy it you owne it if you don't like it buy another one so we just left.
