Tori Tomo has the very best ramen I have ever eaten. They know me well. I eat lunch there at LEAST once a week. Get the Tom Yum Ramen with Chicken. It's very hot and spicy but not inedible! It's the perfect meal. So satisfying and tasty. Most gracious owner/ chef and lovely waitstaff are always keeping the place in perfect form. It's a literal "can't miss" choice.
Tori Tomo is the bomb! The Tom Yum and the ribs are out of this world. Thank you!
