Trattoria Zooma is AWESOME!! We had dinner there on our 13th wedding anniversary, and it was very romantic. We got a table by the window in the corner, which I liked. Also we had timed gondola tickets for later that evening and when I told our server, she was very considerate to make sure we got everything we wanted in a timely manner, but without ever rushing us. We were seated right away, as we had a reservation, and everyone was super friendly. Now - the food - OMG - SO GOOD!!!...
Our nieces were here from Florida and wanted home made pasta and you did not disappoint. They were very happy. I had a drink but would have loved a frozen Strawberry Daiquiri that they don't make.
This was our second visit as first time service was terrible so manager gave us a coupon to return for a free appetizer to give them a second chance. Service was just as bad maybe even worse... not crazy busy and hostess does not let waiters know they have been given a table.. two strikes will not return. The team is wandering with many employees that have definitely not been trained on service. Felt badly for guests at next table .. drove from Mass and same poor experience. Manager...
