I was excited to try the newly improved Trattoria Appia, formerly Tarttoria Zooma, and my experience was delightful. I must commend D. for the excellent service. Overall, the food was average. One of the nicest dining experiences I and my friends have had. The staff was very attentive, kind and very knowledgeable of the menu. The atmosphere was very lovely, whether you're looking for a casual evening or a semi formal dining experience, they offer both. I ordered the Mista Salad, a Margarita Pizza and Chicken Parmigiana for my meal. I savored every bite of each of my choices, made to perfection. We had a chance to visit after several years of not having been back here. The new menu was delicious and the staff was attentive and friendly. The gluten free penne was delicious, according to my wife. Highly recommend.
