Adonis accommodated my party, and made sure my party was catered to although he was was the head security guard. Jessie was catered to my table my wait time was less then 10 min, she knew my parties order and gave us great recommendations on drinks and appetizers! ASK FOR JESSIE!

Irene was amazinggg, she was super friendly made my experience great! She was super attentive and made sure my hookah was good, interacted with me and my friends the whole time and provided us with a great experience overall!

We made a reservation and our intent was to eat and then feel the vibe to chill. We were given a small table in a setting surrounded by others smoking hookah. I could literally reach my hand out and touch the table next to us. I expressed to the waitress that the table was too small to eat and was told there were no other tables while I was looking at a table that would've sufficed with no one sitting at it. We opted for 2 drinks and an app. $85 later we left after being there just 30 mins. The vibe was ok to chill but DEFINITELY not for a dinner experience. Eat in advance.

All I can say is my friends and I went to celebrate a friend’s bday and Irene took very good care of us when it came to getting us a table. The food and drinks was ok. My friends definitely enjoyed the hookah. The music was ON POINT! But what made the night special was the service from Irene and our waitress. Thank you Irene for your hospitality!!

I absolutely love coming here for girls’ night! The food is always delicious, the drinks are amazing, and the atmosphere is perfect for a fun night out. Every time I come, Irene, the hostess upstairs, takes such great care of me — she’s truly amazing and makes the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for a spot with great vibes . Fantastic service!

I stopped by this spot, and let me tell you—it did not disappoint! The food was good, flavorful, and fresh. Every bite had me wanting more. The drinks were good too—well-mixed, smooth, and just the right amount of kick. Definitely not watered down! And the music? Perfect vibe. It set the mood without being too loud or overwhelming. Overall, a solid experience. Would I come back? Absolutely.

Interesting place. Sort of young vibe, but food was wonderful, delicious drinks, courteous stuff, pleasant interior. Music was a touch on a loud side, but for the most part not annoying. One of the rare places that is fun and delicious. Would love for them to invest in cappuccino machine...

I do not recommend Twelve 21. Integrity and honesty are essential in running a business, and this place lacks both. We made a Valentine's Day reservation based on their Instagram promotion: 1 appetizer, 2 entrées, 1 dessert, and a bottle of red wine or Prosecco for $120. When we arrived, they asked if we wanted to sit at the bar...despite having a reservation. After insisting on a table, we were seated and placed our order, choosing the bottle of Prosecco. That's when the bait-and-switch began. The waitress immediately said the promotion only included 2 glasses, not a bottle. We pulled up their Instagram post, which was still live, and showed her. She claimed it was a mistake and said we could get the bottle for an additional $25. At that point it was clear they had no intentions on righting their wrong so we left. I don't support deceptive marketing tactics, so we left. Thankfully, Ours across the street welcomed us, even on a busy holiday. Their food was great, and they didn't resort to shady business practices. Twelve 21, you should be ashamed. On a day meant for love, you chose dishonesty to make a quick buck. Maybe an Ethics class would do you some good.

Food is decent, a bit over priced for what they have, but it is Federal Hill after all. Bartenders are ok, I have been here many times over the last few years and it's amazing to me that the bartenders can't make a simple mojito. My husband tries every time and every time it's gross and he drinks it and doesn't order another drink after that. The bartenders are very hit or miss. Each time I come I'm a little more disappointed. Not sure if I'll still come here. They add an automatic gratuity, so I think that's why the service is sub par. I also think that it annoys them when you don't do hookah. I'm a drinker , I don't do hookah, but because the waitress is not attentive, I never end up having more than 1 or 2 drinks.
