I shall use vasillios as an example. I only come for the fries. They are always crispy. But my hopes are always dashed with soggy skin on buffalo wings. Also, i got a 20 oz instead of a 2 liter. You have my number, why not call me and let me know you are out? Or perhaps they didnt read it right? I dont care about 2 dollars like sum others, but i was COUNTING ON YOU. And I was disappointed.

Missing items most of the time for delivery and the chicken tastes very OFF in the calzone. Given too many chances to always mess something up. Dined in once and the pizza was the worst ive ever had. No more vasilios ever again that's for sure.

Ordered on 5/31/25 2:49 AM An avocado club, chicken tenders and fries + tip. Ordered ranch on the side first item I ordered so they wouldn’t forget it… yet forgot it. Honey mustard that came with tenders watered down on purpose I’m assuming. They put a tag (expiration tag hard-plastic) in my sandwich wrapper just to give it a lil extra flavor.. I get it was late but why mess with someone’s food.. when they paid good money for it. No more vasilios for this family thanks to those who worked on the night of 5/30/25 into 5/31/25

Ordered through Ubereats and didn't see the reviews until my order was on its way. Got the wrong pizza. It was supposed to be the lasagna but ended up with cheese (and sausage?). Garlic bread was mid. Never again.

Driver in delivery pick up truck was speeding 52 mph in a 25 mph residential neighborhood. there are children and pets and elderly walking.

Disappointed. Two inches from top of my pizza had NO toppings. I ordered a Large pizza with spinach, olives and mushroom. Everything was literally in the middle of the pizza. Then I realized that there was BARELY any mushroom or olive. They hid that fact with spinach. So basically it was a spinach pizza. But with it dumped in the middle of the entire pie. Also, NO taste. Plain dough. No seasoning anywhere. I'd give it 1 star because the delivery guy was nice.
Switched to Dominos. It's nice to finally receive fully cooked food and get what I ordered. Thank You Vasilios for showing me what bad customer service is, so now I can appreciate the other delivery companies. You get 5 stars for being the best (at being the worst)
Never got our pizza bc it was never delivered. We waited 2 hours. We are regular customers and they kept saying there was nothing they could do. The driver laughed at us and the customer service had a dismissive attitude. We were good, loyal, long time customers and they didn't care. The driver kept the tip of a pizza we never got. Never ever again will we give them any business. We would starve before ordering from them again. If you order delivery from them be aware you may never get it. Beware.

Food was over an hour wait. And when it go here it was cold. When I called the lady on the phone said she give a discount. I don’t live in this state. And will never again. Order stay far far away. If 0 or no stars were a option I will do that instead
