I don’t remember the last time they got my order right. I’ve been ordering here online from Uber eats getting full refunds on orders for years because they always mess up. I’m ok with getting free food but I also wouldn’t mind just getting what I ordered. It’s always a pure prov with pepperoni. They never remember the pepperoni. Never. Like I said I’m not mad but Uber is refunding me all of these orders lmao. Whoever is in charge of the kitchen, keep doin’ the lords work haha

Bit of a bummer. Ordered two small pizzas, a 20oz bottle drink and cheesy garlic bread for delivery. Delivery driver said they were out of bottles so we got a 16oz can instead, cheesy garlic bread was sadly missing all cheese. The veggie pizza was fairly soggy/gummy, which I get cause when you cook vegetables they do put out water... but it also was uncooked on top as well (raw veggies, no browning), and that was the weird part. Overall probably won't order again. The delivery driver gave us a call when they were outside though and that was helpful!

On top of me waiting close to a hour after them stating 40 minutes I paid 40$ To get my food cold not only my food being dum cold driver was high great way to deliver food NO HOT BAG being used no nothing they really need to get a little better with hiring people very disappointed with this and I tipped the driver 10$

This place has got to be so desperate for help that they have to resort to hiring illegal aliens that can't understand a lick of English or take a simple order down over the phone. Called in to order for a delivery and guy that took my order took 10 minutes to figure out how to get a 3 topping pizza down on his computer before taking down anything else I wanted. I almost hung up on him. 15 minutes total. Then after explaining to him where exactly to bring my order and what I wanted, he sends another guy to deliver it and didn't have a clue where or what I was saying to him. Went everywhere but where he was supposed to. Stop hiring people that don't speak English or understand it. Your hurting your business!

My favorite late night pizza in Providence. Always good. Online ordering wasnt working, so I called and placed the order by phone easily. It was ready when we arrived, and as good as always, that night and the leftovers the next day.
Food is always fresh and delicious! No complaints here. Highly recommend steak bomb calzone or chicken and broccoli AlfredoParking: Parking lot in plaza.
Pi za is what a expected from an east coast pizza location. Chiken noodle soup is better at Safeway.I am rating 5 for service ans atmosphere because I didn't dine in.

Just moved to Providence walked into this place because I thought it's going to be a great experience Little did I know I should have looked at the reviews first I see why it's a 3.4 should be a 1.2 asked for a turkey sub Got nothing that I wanted ?asked to be toasted came out not toasted ask for hots they gave me jalapenos also asked for oli & vinegar got neither wanted lettuce & tomato I got mayo which I'm allergic to!!! why ask the customer what they want if they're not going to follow through with the order ?they gave me one slice of turkey on the sub? worst experience I ever had in my life!!! should have went to subways which was right next door.. And that's not including that everyone in there just look like they rolled out of bed especially the one who was taking orders just tossed the whole sub away!!!

$30 for 1 pizza and a 2 liter and I waited 45 minutes for my pizza just for it to be wrong. They don't accommodate refunds for their own mess ups. Be weary. I'm sad bc I liked their pizza last time
