Walked in mid afternoon for a few cappuccinos and pastries. Have been there several times before for pizza and sandwiches which were great. This was my first experience at the bakery/coffee section. Dark haired, young woman was slowly sweeping behind counter with back toward us when we approached. Continued sweeping for several minutes while we waited. Finally, she put her broom away, turned around,let out a big sigh and said, yes? Zero enthusiasm, energy or personality. We asked for 4 cappuccino's. Blank stare and then eye roll. We should have left then. Watching her make the drinks was comical, almost. When she realized she did not pour enough cappuccino in each cup, she poured cold milk from the container to the top of each cup. I have a 14 year old cat with renal issues. What I squeeze from his backside, I guarantee has more coffee flavor and is a hotter temperature than what was served to us that day. I'll stick to the pizza in the future.

Very disappointed. With Coronavirus and news clip about supporting small business. We order 21 lunches. Despite the challenges they were concerned with , no delivery. Drive 21 minutes for team lunch. Not only did we wait another 30 minutes past the time they gave us for the order. One of them was so rude, omitting one order and thankfully we checked it( bc they were not going to)- chicken and broccoli Alfredo became only Alfredo- waited for chicken then the broccoli- no apology- no attempt to make an accusation. Just plain rude. Your business will die bc your staff does not give a crap about customer service!
