First we walked up and the employee said she was closing the stand for 20 mins at 4pm. So we came back at 5 and the woman working the stand was not friendly in any way. Just stared at us when we walked up, ordered and paid. We told her we were going to sit right next to the stand, she didn't say anything when the drinks were don't and just sat there on her phone. She was on her phone for over 5 mins ignoring other customers as we sat and drank our boba. When we were almost finished she closed the stand again and her sign said she would be back 30 mins later. So the people in line had to leave with no boba tea.

Just a tip for all workers everywhere: start off by saying “Hi, how can I help you” don’t just stare at the customer. Then after the transaction say “Have a nice day”. Customer service is really becoming a lost art and it really makes the World a better place. Do your job and be polite, it’s not hard.

Had to go to the mall with my bride. We never pass a bubble tea place without trying ot out. The service was quick considering the location and the activity. For a small kiosk like booth, they offer a great deal of selections even a matcha My wife enjoy her Taro bruele milk tea, with boba. My coffee milk tea, with boba and jelly, was a bit weak sorry to report. Will have to try it out one more... as it could have been an off day!

My daughter ordered a drink with bobba and paid for it. After she paid and was waiting for the drink the employee told my daughter they were out of bobba so she replaced it with jelly which ended up being hard. I took the drink back to get a refund explaining the situation and was refused. My daughter could not drink the drink. They employees were yelling at each other according to my daughter when she orders the drink and refused the refund when I asked 2 times. My daughter orders from here every time we go to the mall and the employees have always been nice. This is a one time issue but they did not do the right thing.

Absolutely awful, girl with black greasy hair working at a snails pace with a face like she is annoyed constantly, takes 15-20 mins on one drink, numerous people left the line due to the abominable wait and attitude from the employee, not working professionally, and does not have the intent to clean after herself as the working surfaces are a complete mess!
Great drinks as always, but had to sub for pudding because they were out of tapioca pearls sadly. Would still recommend

Great bubble tea! Good drinks and variety. Staff is fast and efficient. One staff somewhat ignored us for a bit as they were cleaning something else (understandably so, they were alone) but it felt a bit awkward and could've informed us that it would be a small wait. Other than that it was great drinks and happy with it, would go again!
