What a unique experience! Joe behind the bar was absolutely phenomenal, food and service exceeded expectations. Unfortunately there was a very large private event downstairs with many people in and out due to the inclement weather, the heavy foot traffic let in tons of cold air every time someone arrived or exited. Not necessarily anything against the restaurant, just be aware if you sit near the host stand. Regardless, will absolutely be back, the cocktails, the kitchen and food, absolutely amazing!

Waterman Grille is a great location for a meal and drinks for any occasion. The bar is very comfortable as well as the inside dining room. They have an outdoor deck which is completely sealed in for the winter but still has a great view and is very warm. The food and service was fantastic as always. We went for my wife's birthday and they even brought out complimentary dessert. I would highly recommend Waterman if you're looking for a cozy place to have a great experience in Providence!

Our girls were hungry and we needed a place to stop and eat. We were seated with a view of the river and enjoyed mussels and a burger. Inside was quaint and nicely decorated. We all loved it! Our hostess was so nice and quick to fill our dri ks or take care of us.
Waterman Grill has such a cozy, warm atmosphere. The food is excellent, and the waitstaff is friendly, attentive, and professional. One of my favorite spots in Providence. It’s a wonderful place to enjoy a relaxed, high-quality meal. Always a great experience!

We ordered the Korean Fried Chicken for an app and it was 10/10. For our entrees we ordered the Grilled Pork Chop with Gruyère spaetzle and Swiss chard. It was comfort food at its finest as the spaetzle was like Mac & cheese, 9/10. Our other main was Scallops with dirt rice. 8/10. Scallop sizes were inconsistent and it needed a sauce. We were celebrating a bday so we got a free sticky toffee pudding which was the perfect ending. Overall, a great experience.

I have been in this place about eight times already and three times I’ve sent people over for their special day like my parents for their anniversary and a friend of mine for their birthday. I got to say they have not disappointed me not even once. Food is amazing. Service is outstanding. I have no complaints about this place. Please never change. This is So far, one of my top three restaurants. they always did the best to cosmetic me even last minute. I love this place.
