When I made the reservation several days before the dinner, I specifically asked for a high table outside because I knew that's where the high tables were I am having knee surgery and unable to sit at a low table. I also explained we were an elderly couple and could be hard of hearing and needed a quiet place The person that greeted us at the front door had a bit of an attitude saying that table was taken, and it would be occupied because people were just seated there I called...
Went to Waterman Grille with my family to celebrate my birthday. Couldn’t have asked for better service and food. Food was delicious as always and our server was very friendly, patient and helpful.
The hostess was very friendly and accommodating, even when we asked to change our reservation from an inside to an outdoor table. The waitress was excellent - friendly, kind and attentive. The food, including dessert, was superb. We couldn't have asked for a better overall experience, especially being that my friend was visiting from out of state. Thank you to the Waterman Grille team!
