I usually don't post praising a place but this wendys deserves 10 stars. The employees go above and beyond to make a customers experience phenomenal and far beyond average. We come from a snobby rich area of the state and it's amazing when we come to providence and recieve 10 star service when the service we recieve at home is sub-par by a longshot. Every employee here deserves a raise

Went here late night, the line was long! The food is ordered was hot and correct. The workers there moved very slowly and had no sense of urgency.

Bathroom smells like sulfur. the workers are slower than my grandmother. when i got my food it was cold fry's and undercooked chicken

Im over this really, for the employees to make you the right order you have to go in person otherwise if you order online, through doordash, even their own app they give you stuff you didn’t even order, sometimes its somebody elses order This is so irresponsible and annoying because im paying for something I dont even want. I JUST LOST $23 in an order I cant even eat cuz the food i got is something I CANT EATTTT

Only thing is, now I understand that cleanliness is important especially in a restaurant (I use that term loosely), but is it really necessary to be power washing the floor of the dining room at 9 in the morning? Can't that get done at night when only the drive thru is running? I don't have a car so I can't use drive thru.
