The trashes are always overflowing. theyre never actually open for 630am. Today I went at 7 and the lady at the speaker completely ignored me for 5 minutes before I drove up and then she decided to tell me they aren't open yet.... 30 minutes after opening still not open. Food is usually not hot, either.

The service was amazing, the atmosphere was great the only thing is the bacon cheeseburger just was not tasting the best! Maybe it was just that day or the grill hadn't been cleaned whatever the case it wasn't that tasty but I mean it's Wendy's usually you can't go wrong for a quick bite on the run!!

Angry looking employees, possibly racist against white people. The five black and Hispanic individuals behind the counter all looked angry and the mushroom bacon double cheese burgers came a unrequited hot/spicey sauce that wasn't complimentary to neither mine nor my already sick wife's palette who was already having a bad day as a patient in the nearby hospital.

Horrible customer service. Stole my daughter cell phone. The “manger” working at 3:30 on 11/18/24 at the Eddy St location was very unprofessional. She Hung up on me when I tried to talk to her about it. I called back. She answered and hung up. I tried calling back again. And they didn’t answer my calls again. She told me all lost property gets thrown away after 24 hours. So they said they threw my daughter iPhone away. Even though I tracked it to the store and then the tracking just disappeared. I do not believe that there is a 24 hour policy. I called right away told them I could not get back to Rhode Island for a couple Of weeks due to being from out of state. They said ok. They would hold it. They didn’t tell about this 24 hour policy when I called and talked to them. They are thief’s and liars.

I ordered food and then got it 34 minutes and 17 seconds later. I got some honey bbq saucy nugs and got buffalo saucy bugs and I almost crashed out. They were NOT yum yum in my tum tum. At least the fries were good or I would’ve done something idrk what I would’ve done but something.
