This store was run my teenagers they all look stressed and the girl in the front had a face on her, they were short in staff and when I ask
To speak to a manager they said there wasn’t a manager this is no the first time last Sunday was the same thing I’m so pissed off because the drive thru line was so long and also the dine in room where’s the disctric manager at they need to go check this store asap

Wouldn't say the quality of the food sucks its not that great. but how they make the food. Ask for heavy onions and they put 1 ( one ) slice. Ask for heavy cheese they put one slice. Everything is just made very poorly and I'm comparing it to say burger king.
If they actually made Everything the way it was ordered I would rate higher

Went in to try the new chicken Tendys, but I found them to be a bit too expensive. I ended up ordering a different meal. Food was hot, tasty and service was fast. I hated the AI when ordering tho.

Even though the drivethru was quick, I wouldn't mind waiting the extra minute just so I had my entire meal. Disappointing to come home and the chicken sandwiches were missing out of both biggie bags.

I put my order in well over 30 minutes in advance, ask for a drive-through pick up, when we got there, we saw the drive-through was packed. So we sent somebody in to pick it up so that we wouldn’t be adding to the chaos. When she got in there, they told her that they hadn’t even started the order yet And we had to wait there for well over 20 minutes for them to finish our food. I intentionally ordered online so that this was not going to be a problem, knowing it was a big order and I was trying to look out for my fellow industry workers, but the blatant disregard For a timely manner just because I ordered online is ridiculous. I was not going to complain if my food was cold, I just needed it on time which is why I ordered it so early in advance when they finally gave me my nugget party packs, the lady attempted to not give me my burgers. I had to ask for them even after she had handed us the receipt and could see the order on the screen in front of us. I cannot imagine what it would’ve looked like if they had to prepare that order for a drive-through pick up. Very dissatisfied I’m going to make my nuggets at home next time. It is not that hard to drop some pieces of chicken in a fryer and it should not have taken over an hour for me to get my food all things considered.

Their awful AI was taking peoples' orders in the drive thru, but the screen was not working so you couldn't see if it was getting your order right. People were frustrated yelling into the speaker and there was a very long line. And of course, it did not get my order right either. Won't be back, annoying waste of my time, which is a shame cause I'm on a burgy kick 🍔 :(

Went to Wendy's on Charles Street where the staff was busy the person taking orders could not have cared less that people were standing in line when it came time for me to order he decided to take his lunch break I stood there for about 15 minutes nobody took my order then either I will not be going back to this establishment

Wendy’s AI drive-thru system is frustrating and confusing. It’s nearly impossible to customize your order or ask simple questions. The AI keeps misunderstanding what you want, and it feels like you spend more time correcting it than actually ordering. Definitely not an improvement over talking to a human.

Ordered an asiago chicken sandwich on my lunch break, waited over 45 mins for my food and when I went to open my chicken sandwich it was actually a burger instead, I was not too happy and they made me late to get back to work from the long wait, I won't be eating there again anytime soon
