Waited 25 minutes in line without absolutely no one in front of me, looked at multiple times without being acknowledged. The girl working literally DROPPED my burger on the floor right in front of me while I'm looking at her and handed it to me. Disgusting. Also messed up my order twice after repeating my order over 5 times.

These people are the worst at making biscuits. I ordered some sandwiches supposedly when they were still in the oven, and the "fresh" biscuits they took 10 minutes to bring me were still floppy, soft garbage. I hope Wendys corporate fires the lot of them, because they are a disgrace compared to any other Wendys I've been to. Absolute trash.

Let me just say whom ever thought it was okayyy to give not only an old but BURNT potato !!!!! You wouldn’t even feed that to yours why feed it to the public ! Disgusting how this establishment is ran overnight
This Wendy's was excellent! The staff was friendly and courteous, the best Wendy's I've been to in a very long time. Maybe this manager should become a general manager to improve the rest of the Wendy's in the mass Rhode Island area they definitely can learn from the staff.

Costumer service 0 because I tell them that I wanted 5 bacon eggs and cheese and 5 sausage eggs and cheese ..and when I check my sandwich ? they didn't put my sausage or eggs and also the guy in the window he was very upset ? because I put a big order I seen him when he slammed the window and he gave me dirty looks ? I never going back over here
