guy who works the drive thru late night is rude. never a simple hello or how are you doing. you pull up and he goes “what do you want” in an arrogant tone. won’t come back specially because of that. don’t work customer service if you can’t handle basic human interaction plain and simple.

They always forget something in the order. I ordered 2 big bags and everything was fine, but one of them didn't have any fries.
Unfortunately this is the worst wendys/fast-food in Rhode Island and I've been to some awful places but I made a mobile app order for drive thru staff was rude i had missing food and my daughters burger was raw (Red meat) so I went back I did get my missing food and a new burger but then I go home to finally eat my cold food and my chicken sandwich was also raw like raw chicken is never ok smh food poison, salmonella is a real thing honestly I hate to complain/ return food in the first place but for the second time I was over it and felt sick
