Unfortunately this is the worst wendys/fast-food in Rhode Island and I've been to some awful places but I made a mobile app order for drive thru staff was rude i had missing food and my daughters burger was raw (Red meat) so I went back I did get my missing food and a new burger but then I go home to finally eat my cold food and my chicken sandwich was also raw like raw chicken is never ok smh food poison, salmonella is a real thing honestly I hate to complain/ return food in the first place but for the second time I was over it and felt sick

Placed a delivery order for medium breakfast combos, received small drinks. Called to explain what happened, the person I spoke with sounded like they didn’t believe I got the wrong drink sizes and proceed to act like all they could do was have me drive up there to get it fixed……for a delivery order…..or put my name in a book to get free drinks later? Very unprofessional way of handling a messed up order. I don’t want my name in a book, I want my order to be correct. OH, and my drinks taste horrible. Not caramel or frosty. Mostly just coffee. This Wendy’s sucks.

Was here last night and spent $20 on one of the burger combo meals and a small chili but man was it brutal. They are still advertising items in the drive-thru so I asked for 2 two of them and they both could not be sold anymore because they got discontinued(why are they still up?) ...I work in retail sales and if something is displayed and no longer valid, I take it down IMMEDIATELY.
Once I finally got my food I noticed no spoon so I asked for one but once I got home 3 minutes later I realized there was no straw either(thought I saw it in the bag), fries were cold and stale and the burger looked very underwhelming. The burger had only 2 patties and cheese...no lettuce, no tomato, condiments or anything else.
This place is conveniently located on my way home but will be considering other fast food places on this street on my commute back home
