We had a bad experience a few weeks ago. The manager reached out and made everything right. We were back in tonight and even though they were busy they were absolutely wonderful. The girl working was so sweet and kind. My little one so appreciated the cookie she offered her. We will absolutely be back. Thank you again!

The food definitely could’ve been better. The sauce on the wings was okay, but the wings were made of steel. Took a long time to get the food made as well with no communication as to what was taking forever for 10 wings. Won’t be returning.

went 11/02/25 at 5:30 ish and tables were filthy with sauce all over it, and toilets a mess. I paid for one 2 sandwich meal and a loaded sandwich with two drinks and didn’t receive my cajun fries, went to let them know and the lady didn’t believe me so we brought our receipt up and then she brought out our fries, which still weren’t the cajun ones we had asked and paid for. All three of our sandwiches were cold and the fries were barely warm.

The food was ok but they didnt deliver my 2liter. So I called to ask for it to be refunded cuz why drive bk to prov to come bk to ep? N the girl who answered hung up on me mid sentence. I called back and she was super rude and miserable and said yea it'll be refunded in a few days. So I asked who I should call back if I dont see the refund hit my acct this week and she hung up again. Smh. This will be the first n last time I ever order from here. N for this very reason is why I usually dont tip until the driver gets here but my stupid self went ahead and tipped ahead of time this time. Smh. What a disappointment in service.

The service here is regular. The staff is nice. They could use a little help because usually there’s no one at the counter — someone just steps in from the kitchen. But with such a bad economy, this is understandable. Other than that, I come for the wings, and they are amazing — the best in the area!
