Your order will usually take around 15 minutes. The waffle fries go crazy. And I really recommend the tender sandwiches. No matter what you order you can expect your mouth to be watering. THEY GOT MY FOOD GLISTENING. THERE AINT NO FILTER ON TF HAT

The food at this location is usually good sometimes it is prepared sloppy if you order anything with sauce (sauce may be all over outside of container) but I do enjoy the wings. However the customer service here is extremely poor. My experiences have been with the females who work at the register and receive the orders. My wife or myself has called on several occasions only to be hung up on over and over or greeted by someone who barely seems like they want to be there or take your order. They are very rude and disrespectful. One night after I was hung up on over and over I drove to the location and parked outside the front. I called again and witnessed the girl answer and hang up. Every time I go inside to order or pick up my food they are very rude, roll their eyes and barely communicate to let me know the status of my order. The last time I was there I placed the order over the phone and arrived 20 minutes later to pick up my food. The female (dark curly hair) was working and I am familiar with her and her awful attitude. I told her my name and she said wait a few minutes. I ended up waiting total 45 minutes. I lost it I confronted her on her attitude and of course what did she do roll her eyes and give me the same nasty attitude. I lost my appetite again because of the customer service. I can’t return to this location for a long time or maybe ever due to this. I really hope management looks into these ongoing issues because I did enjoy their food.

I got the March Madness 8 tenders meal delivered. As always, the tenders were delicious, and they were delivered on time and hot. Wings Over Providence always has GREAT hot wings and tenders!

The people were taking too long to give us out order even tho it was for pickup and it was already in the bag and ready and then the people in the cashier was giving the people a little bit of attitude and the place was a little bit a mess and there was crumbs of the chicken on the chair and the table.
$289.00 and the entire order was wrong!!! Waited for 1 hour when food was already done and waiting to be picked up!! Missing 2 trays of food entirely!! Wrong flavors on wings to top it all off!! Never again!!!

My friend ordered for delivery yesterday and it took them over an hour, she talked to the delivery guy and he said that they were all partying in the back and ignoring him , and this morning I was throwing up very violently for two hours.. it was a nightmare. I will never order from them again. Their wings tasted like they were left out for three days.. avoid this place at all costs unless you want to go-to the hospital from food poisoning which I'm pretty sure I got from eating their nasty food.
