Ordered online. Was ignored for awhile while each was having they're conversations. Finally acknowledged just for them to tell me my order wasn't ready so I had to wait some more. While I was waiting Rap music was being played pretty loudly. Not one of my favorite locations

I usually don't give food reviews to fast food spots. But this is largely for the service I received. Great portion. I'm attempting keto so when I go & say no rice or beans, some times the portion becomes unusually small. I wish I got their name tags but both the young man that made my bowl & the young lady that checked me out were very nice.

August 9th @ 4pm was my visit if management sees this. Staff was great.

While other Chipotles in the area have core issues, this one stands away from those. Usually most locations have certain problems, slow staff, compromised burrito folds or terrible customer service. This location stands apart from all the rest.
Service is exceptional and always with a smile.
Burrito folds are always perfect and never compromised. My foil stays clean from beginning to end no blow outs or drops.
On that note, my burrito is always made to perfection with the PERFECT amount of ingredients.
This staff also excels by clearing a 10 person line incredibly fast. You can tell the people working here work in harmony and all get along great. Thank you for your incredible commitment to excellence Chipotle of Rumford. 😁

I got a gift card to chipotle and I stopped by today around 1;45pm about 4 costumers in front of me. After I look around this made me walk out:

-All the food in the hot station looked nasty, dry, pans dirty and food splashed all over and crossed contaminated

-Only one girl putting orders together

_One girl on the back cooking steak, chicken, and some other meat all in the same flat top grill

She took the raw meat emty bags and pushed them with her hand into trash container and didnt changed her gloves And when she finaly changed them she didnt wash her hands.

I worked in the restaurant busines for decades and this place is the most dirty a have ever seen.

I end up walking out to save my life.

Now I understand why this place has been in the news for food poisioning .

First and last time I even drive by any of this restaurants .

This place is so bad as far as pick up orders go. The girl that works the pickup line is incredibly slow. I was there picking up for doordash and it was a near 20 minute wait for 2 bowls. On top of that the store was completely dead. The entire 20 minutes I was there only one other person came in to order, and I saw 4 other employees around. So there's no reason when the employees working the front line have no customers, they can't help the slow employee at the pickup line. Figure it out.

Edit: TO ALL DOORDASHERS. THIS LOCATION IS NOW LYING ABOUT WHEN YOUR DOORDASH ORDERS ARE READY FOR PICK UP.

For context, I accepted an offer for this location, i was 10 minutes away. At around 5 minutes I was notified by doordash that the order was ready for pickup. This is only possible if the restaurant themselves notifies doordash that the order is ready to be picked up. So when I arrive, I ask for the order and the employees look at each other as if they knew it wasn't ready, and then proceeded to try and play it off by taking a quick look for the order before telling me it was going to take a few more minutes. When I mentioned that I was notified it was ready for pick up, they were just kinda like, nah, it's not. So yea management still seems to not care about customer service on the pickup side of things and its getting worse with shady stuff like this.

I eat chipotle 5x a week from different locations and the first time in this place, the food was so BLAND I could not finish the bowl. The only condiment used was pepper on the chicken.no flavor at all . Dry beans too

Ridiculous how you have to literally beg for food and proper portions here and they still just drizzle some broth on your rice burrito . Why i never come here.

Went inside to order at 8 and they said they're only taking online orders. You close at 10! 2 hours away. Portion sizes are very small. 20 bucks for a bowl that wasn't even full. Would not recommend.
