The manager at the Newport Avenue location doesn't know how to run a business. People waiting 10 to 15 minutes in the store and she won't even look to take your order. She can't organize and manage work flow. It's sad when you have people walking out because they're tired of waiting. Very poor management.

They only had 2 people behind the counter Waited 20 min. For food dessert was completely frozen fries where cold . Won't go thier again . It's a shame cuz the chain has good food. Should have gone to kfc.

This Popeyes has to be the worst one I’ve ever been to. They’re all over the place. Waited 45 mins for my food and that young black manager has the worst attitude of them all. She is beyond rude and ignorant. get rid of her a..! The rest of the staff are all friendly, but her…EWWWW maybe her braids are too tight with her miserable behind!
No communication. Manager is yelling to all her employees. Chicken takes forever. Ohh man i wish they care but they dont. Its alright chicken is okay.

The younger looking manager with braids and ten feet long eyelashes, has the worst attitude. Her whole team looked miserable and did not work efficiently as a team. Causing a long wait time for well over twenty plus costumers in house and in dining room. Parking multiple cars to wait over 45-60 minutes for orders. The younger manager with braids was screaming at her team, berating them in front of costumers and talking about them to costumers. She really needs to be demoted and retrained she should not be able To run shift solo if she cannot handle it, this is coming from a fellow former Popeyes employee personally if I was employed at this location and had to work that shift I’d be beyond miserable and quit
