SCQ catered a birthday bash for us. Food was a huge hit, and Arthur was terrific to work with. Very convenient to have had food delivered to the door, in a carrier to keep it warm, which Arthur offered to leave with us since we wouldn’t be serving for a couple of hours. I highly recommend SCQ, and would definitely use them again. In the meantime, we look forward to enjoying their food at Tilted Barn some Wednesday or Saturday!

We ordered BBQ for 60 guests recently and had a great experience with South County BBQ! The food was outstanding - ribs, wings, pulled pork, mac n’ cheese, corn bread and cole slaw. They were very responsive to my many questions and typically got back to me same day. Accommodating too, as we had to move to a rain date. All around a great experience with Arthur and his crew!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing South County BBQ, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, the service and food were top-notch, making our event a resounding success.

First and foremost, the food was absolutely amazing. Every dish was prepared to perfection, but the standout for us was undoubtedly the brisket. Tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor, it was easily the best brisket we've ever had. The quality and care that went into the preparation were evident with every bite.

The punctuality of South County BBQ was also impressive. The food arrived exactly on time, which is a huge plus for any event planning. It ensured everything ran smoothly and allowed us to focus on enjoying the occasion.

A special shoutout goes to Arthur, who went above and beyond by sticking around to answer some allergy-related questions. His patience and thoroughness were incredibly helpful, providing peace of mind for our guests with dietary restrictions.

Overall, South County BBQ exceeded our expectations in every way. Delicious food, impeccable service, and attentive staff – we couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommend them for any event, and we will definitely be returning for more of that mouth-watering brisket!

My organization has used South Country BBQ twice now for an Army Family Day and both times the food and service has exceeded all expectations. They are so easy to work with, come prepared with everything, and then when the food runs out all the peeps that didn't get a plate are sad they missed out. I recommend them to everyone who is looking for a caterer. Try them out!

I sent a lot of people to his instagram page because they want to look out for if he’s at any events to eat the amazing food again! Not only was the food good he’s an amazing guy and so friendly. It would be too easy to write how good the BBQ IS from SCQ, especially since everyone else writes this. Rhode Island knows already that their menu is delicious. I wish to explain why.I attended the Linesider Brewery Chili Cookoff last Saturday, with seven food establishments competing. We all got to sample a half cup of chili from all, and the winner only got bragging rights. No money to be won, no trophy, the chili was not sold, and the price of entry allowed all of us to sample all the chilis.SCQ took this competition seriously. They used the highest quality meats in their chili including buffalo meat, a few different kinds of beans, and topped it off with a few wagu beef tips that were smoked so slowly it melted in your mouth. Was it butter that tasted like beef, or was it beef that tasted like butter...does not matter, both are winners. The seasonings were few and simple, and it allowed you to taste how good the meat was, not being overpowered by spices, or toppings like sour cream, onions, or shredded cheddar cheese. There was a side of corn bread, which added a bit of sweetness, if you wanted that. Frankly, the chili did not need it.Guess what? They won for the second year in a row, voted upon by all who attended. So now I ask you this....if SCQ is serious about an event where they do not make money, how good do you think their food is when they do?
