Let me start off by saying, applebee’s is one of me and my families favorite restaurants. But unfortunately, yesterday our experience was the worst it could ever be. We sat at our table, for 20-30 minutes without a drink in sight. Our server Elizabeth, was seen talking about tips from her other tables instead of doing her job. If you’re only worried about doing the money, don’t work for a restaurant. At the very end, we asked if we could split our bills. As a normal server, she should’ve asked us what our orders were. But instead, she gave us one piece of paper and said try to split it all up. DO YOUR JOB!!! EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! also your bartender has a horrible staring problem and was talking about us the entire time we were there!! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! GO TO SEEKONK OR ATTLEBORO INSTEAD!!!

Never will I eat here again my server and my son’s server was rude and nasty. I was so disappointed and my steak wasn’t cook right. The manager did apologize but still the waiters there are so damn rude if you don’t wanna work here why are you here smh. I swear they don’t have to worry about us coming back

Took them 10 minutes to even get us a drink or order, they do not cook my steak correctly it was cold and not how I wanted it. Finished my water before I even got my dinner she never even came back until my dinner was gone I had to ask for some more water from another waitress I had to ask for my own box to put the stuff in that I didn't eat. And then at 3:00 in the morning I woke up puking and doing the other thing at the other side and is now 7:00 in the morning and I am still sick and I cannot go to work and I might have to go to the hospital I do not recommend eating here going here anything here shut this place down disgusting the bathroom was also dirty
Great night out with the family. Everyone was very accommodating, especially helpful with our two family members using walkers. Thank you to the manager and all staff. A special thanks to Erick.

I went today with my parents (2nd time at this location) however unlike the first time, this visit was unpleasant. From the start, we were seated with other hispanic families, in front of the window with the sun glaring on us. My dad’s salmon was burnt and my mom’s sangria had no alcohol in it. We were told our server had to leave yet he continued to serve the family in front of us. I sadly will not return to this location.
