First I phoned the restaurant and had to get the address for the uber driver the manager answer on the first ring 🤯. That’s not heard of Then the uber finally delivered me to an establishment and I was seated as soon as I arrived . Am I dreaming !I sat with my brother at the bar seating Wich should I say Theresa Wich feels it’s her job. To make sure every customer is comfortable when seated a can enjoy an awesome menu! When seated I met Jacob the bartender. Smiling and happy to pour a double and to tell me the specials! We ended up doing some small talk a Phil the manager came up in the conversation. As how impressed I was with his service and the service of the stafff. Oooooo. There he was You wouldn’t believe Phil. Bringing my food an no I have never met him. But. He brought the food piping hot. And to say my phone was dying he literally moved counters an gave me a charger to help me with having. A charge on my phone! I. Have never. Wrote a review on any store or restaurant. But I was blown away. And. I came back being an out of towner. The first experience. Was just as great with Phil at the helm.
If you pass Applebee’s maybe an apple fell off the tree an hit ya noggin! This is. A. 5 star. Everything ! Thanks to the @applebees staff at Putnam pike in Smithfield !

My waitress Felicia was amazing and went above and beyond I would give her 100 stars if I could. She filled my drinks as soon as they are empty. My guy Rob on the grill did an outstanding job cooking my food. A label above my table went out and they had it fixed before I even noticed. If you have the opportunity to visit this Applebees it will change your life.
Parking: Parking so good that everybody that drives by sees my truck front and center.
